Once Upon A Child in Wilmington is a store that buys and sells excellent quality used kids clothes, shoes, toys, books, and baby equipment like strollers, cribs, swings, and room decor. Many customers find it an excellent spot with nice, very reasonable prices and an unbeatable selection from newborn to older children. The store is frequently described as super organized and very clean. The staff is noted as very helpful, friendly, personable, and pleasant.
While most highlight the great deals and loyalty point system, some feedback notes that prices have gotten worse over the years, with one instance of an item priced above its original retail. Additionally, some feel that selling items there does not yield much compared to online platforms. However, for buying, many customers have zero complaints and state it is one of their favorite children's stores, where they will definitely be back to shop.

I’m not even sure they truly looked at all of my stuff because some of the clothes were still folded how I put them in there. So unless you have stuff they need at the time then it’s a waste of time.
