My wife and I came in with items that we bought from there months ago to return / exchange to them since we did not need them- it was past the return date so we said we would just take it home, no worries. Got accused of stealing a baby bouncer that we bought because they messed up in their system and it did not come up as sold, then they refused to let us take it back home or we'd be "stealing" what we came in with. What a joke of a store.

Keep your receipts & beware yall.
Suuuuuper disappointed and angry with my last experience here.
I brought in a mobile and a bouncer that had the tags on them from when I bought them. They're unused as I'm still pregnant so I was hoping to get a store credit. The first woman I spoke to said we could just do an even exchange. I didn't have a receipt and they were definitely passed the return window- but that isn't the employees' fault at all. And also not what I'm upset about.
The bouncer i myself brought into the store was priced at 30 dollars. After shopping for half an hour I brought a pile of clothes up to exchange. The store manager rang me up, and when she scanned the bouncer to return it, told me it was showing up as still in their system, saying it was "unsold". I was confused and thought she meant it just couldn't be returned, which I said was totally fine I'd just take it home and donate it or whatever.
That's when she told me I couldn't leave with it or it would be stealing. I've spent hundreds here since becoming pregnant because I'm a mom on a budget. The cashier and store manager were both insistent that I was never charged for it- even though they only showed me one transaction from my purchase history, the one the mobile was on. The one cashier was very nice and just kept saying i was never charged for it, which makes no sense. I'm a big small business supporter so if I'd have seen my total was 30 dollars less than what it should've been while buying the swing, I would've said something. There is no way I just walked out without paying for a giant swing and that was the implication that the manager kept insinuating. She even pulled it away from me multiple times and just kept repeating that without a receipt, i could not take the bouncer I BROUGHT IN or it would be stealing. So disappointed because I loved this store and the employees up until today. So, long story short, make sure you keep your receipts and don't try and return anything without one because they can just say "oops we never scanned this so this is ours and you can't take it or it's stealing."
Since coming home I've looked through my bank transactions and found when I'm sure I paid for it. But I'm so angry with how I was treated like a thief that I don't even want to go back in.

They do not have carts for children to ride in. Unacceptable for a children’s store. Reason given was that they don’t have room in their aisles … yet shoppers were using their strollers … you want me to bring my double stroller in there so I can shop with my three tiny kids? The Exton franchise easily accommodates small carts that fit kids and it’s a PACKED store.

The trade-off is a joke. I had brand new baby clothes with tags and a swing that retailed at $90. They wanted $13 for everything. I would be better off buying clothes from the store and selling on the FB market. The customer service is awful. Teenagers are turning their noses up at you. This feels like a scam. Do yourself a favor and find alternative options.

Excellent spot to get clothes, shoes, coats, toys and accessories including cribs, swings, etc. Prices are very very reasonable (compared to buy buy baby.... which was inflated before inflation). Also they will buy back used items in good condition, pay you in cash, and you get a 10% off visit coupon with trade ins. Also the women there are very personable and pleasant. A+++

Very disappointed. I love Once upon a child but this location is no longer on my location to visit list anymore. It's been twice that I bring very nice clothing and get turned down for 99.9% of it. I had school closes very good condition and 3t girl dresses supper nice. They turned it down with an excuse regular warn used and that I had 18months clothing. What an excuse that was. I bought my last purchase here sense I had no choice but to my for my son, when normally i spend what i get here for other clothing. If you are coming from far please don't bother coming to this location is not worth your drive I promise. What a disappointment. Just FYI to anyone. There are no fitting rooms. I bought and had my son try it in the car and did my return right after for what didn't fit him. I would have drove 20 mins for returns. I'm supper disappointed. 1 star is deffently too nice.

One of my favorite children stores! They have everything from strollers to toys to suits and pricing from $1 upwards. I’ve never had issues with buying baby, now toddler, suits and play clothes. He’s gotten sandals, crocs and sneakers from here as well. The desk we purchased for $15. It’s about 25+ online so nice deal. My one star is that if you sale items here you don’t really get much at all. I’ve gotten way more by selling items on Poshmark or eBay. But buying I have 0 complaints.

I feel that this location's prices have gotten worse over the last few years. There was an item with tags still on that they actually priced more than what the original retailer marked it. I let one of the floor workers know, her attitude was "well that's the price"...lol I think people are better off catching the sales at department stores/clearance aisles then coming to this location.

Once upon a Child is my favorite place to find signature pieces for my little
I restock his clothes every season + their prices, the loyalty point system, as well as their selection is unbeatable
They have clothes from newborn up to older children, toys, bikes, shoes, baby wearing, baby monitors, room decor, you name it
Their staff is super friendly + the store is very clean

Horrible store. I went in twice with more than 6 items including jackets all which were from H&M and gap two piece outfits that I paid separate prices for. Then they have the nerve to not show you what they took but leave what they don’t want for the price of nothing. $36 once and again recently with a bunch of GAP shorts and Children’s Place shirts and they offered me $31. What a freaking joke then they denied brand new shorts because they were turned inside out due to me not wanting them to be dirty. They sell your expensive items for more than they paid you for. I’ll never go back to them ever again. What a rip off

This was my first time at a kids' resale shop and I had a great experience selling and buying here. I brought in two huge tubs of boys baby & toddler clothes which I had gone through to fold and confirm their condition. They took about 80% of my stuff and I got paid as soon as they were done going through it. While I waited I browsed the store and found a few things to buy including rain boots, a polo, and a brand-new truck hoodie for my toddler. Prices are GREAT - most of the toddler shirts (even NWT!) are under $5.Addressing complaints some others have made... There were definitely some clothes on the racks that were not in as good condition as most, but that always happens in resale that some things slip by. And while it would have been nice to get more money for some of my nicer pieces, given the low prices and that you get paid on the spot (not having to wait for something to sell), you have to go in with that understanding. If I had new/designer items I might try to sell them elsewhere first, but that can be a hassle.Highly recommend, I'll be back!
