Nice people, but the management is not willing to solve problems. Maybe their hands are tied by corporate, but the lack of flexibility and accommodation for someone that has been banking with PNC for more than 20 years is unacceptable.

Had an awful experience, had to wait for 30 minutes first time with my toddler, came back with my child in an hour second time since i was still in the area- had to wait for almost an hour- was told that Michelle had meetings all day long while there was nobody at the bank and she was on the phone. Will never come back- advise-PNC at Marsh Rd, so much better, friendlier, more considerate. At least they look at you when they talk to you unlike Michelle, who addressed me without even looking at me, very rude, told me to leave since she will be on the phone for the next hour and a half until they close, and even if she won’t be on the phone, she has meetings, which was a lie since nobody entered the bank for almost an hour I was there, doesn’t want to work at all. They had better employees at the branch before. What a shame.

Had an awful experience this morning. At 9:10am I entered 10 minutes after the branch opened. When I came in I was greeted by the clerk, she was very nice. I advised that I need to have a debit card reissued as I lost mine. She advised to take a seat and wait as I am second in line. I said ok no problem. After sitting there for a few minutes a rep dealing with a gentleman stated that she will be about 30 minutes with him and that I should probably go to another branch. I advised there is nobody else that can help, she advised that there was not. THERE WAS ONLY ONE CUSTOMER OTHER THAN MYSELF IN THE BRANCH.... Terrible customer service....

Pnc has been a reliable financial institution for me for the most part, but this location seems to get worse and worse over the years. The staff is not nice, no one seems to want to work. Just a waste of time. I came in at 4:15pm to get a new debit card, I waited in line for a while and when I finally got to the front they turned me away because they were about to close. It was 4:45! They close in 15 minutes and refused to print me a new card after I waited 30 minutes. They just handed me a note with the location to the Marsh Road spot and was very dismissive towards me. Concord pike tellers and staff are a complete joke. I would not recommend to go there.

Seriously, you will not feel welcomed in this branch. Spend the extra gas money to go to Glenn Mills or Kirkwood Highway.. This location has terrible customer service. Believe the reviews that you are reading, because I walked in and saw so much unprofessional behavior.They won’t resolve your issues and it seems like we the customers inconvenienced them when we are asking them to do their job.I’m aware this is coming off as a “Karen who didn’t get their way” but I promise you I only go into that location to just withdraw/deposit money and have my questions answered if I need more clarification.

Called the bank to make an appointment was told they are book but to come in and the teller would help us. Wrong!!! teller told me I had to see customer service and customer service sent me back to the teller. Tried to make an appointment but was told they were booked and to come back another day. This branch use to have great service but now its a joke. I will not waste my time going to this branch office again.

Absolutely the slowest drive thru I ever been in. They have the poor teller running around like crazy while the managers do nothing to help. I'm obviously in need of a new bank

I have been a customer of PNC for almost 7+ years, and I go to Glen Mills branch all the time. I happen to visit this branch 3 times in 7 years, and this is one of the worst branches I would ever go to. The customer service at this branch is worse.I had an opportunity to meet with one gentleman, and two ladies at this branch. They are not cooperative, very rude, and have no basic level of treating the customer with respect.I hope someone higher-up sees this message, feel free to contact me. I can explain the situation I have been through.

Came here to open an account. No greets from anybody. Only one banker at the time who was helping someone. He saw me waiting…no greet…didn’t say how long I needed to wait…I waited for 20 mins before walking out. No one bothered to ask why I was leaving. Won’t be going back to here.

It is unbelievable that they charged me 27 dollars to cash my check. All other banks charge around 7 dollars. Everytime I have gone here the tellers are usually extremely mean. This is the only pnc near me so I hope that it is just this branch.

This is a small branch and I have worked with most tellers and bankers. I have never had a bad experience and most inside bank interactions are quick and painless. You are greeted and helped quickly and everyone I have encountered has been pleasant.
