My experience with the property manager was disappointing. This morning, she was rude and raised her voice during our phone conversation, treating me as if I were a delinquent customer rather than a potential new one. I felt disrespected and embarrassed by the way I was handled. As a result, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

Not a good value. Rats all around, they went all over my cloths, bite into my toothpaste too. Went to a brand storage unit facility a block up the road for a quarter of the price.

Got a call from someone named Fransis today about my lock. She said my property manager was out of the office and asked her to call to let me know I forgot to put my lock back on. She was very nice. These ladies are on it!!
