The staff and groomers are wonderful, incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, kind, sweet, and patient. They take excellent care of pets, showing great patience and kindness, especially with nervous animals or first-time visits. Groomers are observant and caring, going above and beyond to accommodate urgent requests. The business also features a self-wash station.
