Rue21, a now permanently closed retail store, was known for its great sales and friendly staff. Despite being understaffed, the cashier/manager was praised for her upbeat, nice, and helpful demeanor, efficiently handling the long lines of customers. The store layout was overall nice, and customers were able to find what they were looking for. While the selection may have been limited for female shoppers, the store received positive reviews for its professional transactions and delightful-smelling perfume. Overall, Rue21 provided a satisfactory shopping experience for its customers before its closure.
The place is now permanently closed, but before it did, I was able to get a Child's Play 3 VHS shirt from there last year. Layout of the store was overall nice, and it was sad to see it go.

I don’t shop at this mall, but decided to because of the sale with this store. So glad I did. Quick, professional transaction and the perfume smelled delightful.
