One of my packages was stolen, and they went above and beyond by personally hand-delivering my replacement package to the post office so it could ship out the very same day. Then, I had an issue with one of my necklaces, and they sent me a replacement the very next day with no questions asked. Everyone was so kind, understanding, and truly cared about making sure I was taken care of. It’s so refreshing to find a boutique with customer service this incredible. I was looking for items for my fiancé, and everyone in the store was accommodating. It made me feel almost like a celebrity. I would give them a five-star rating. The staff was available to help me pick colors that would match the items I was looking for. I appreciate their assistance, and I will revisit this store. “My daughter bought a hoodie an a shirt from CMOW an she absolutely LOVES it’s she has gotten so many compliments on them. We were all the way up in Lancaster PA. at a Halloween attraction a few weekends ago an when we were waiting in line I seen a few people telling others they were with that my daughter was wearing her hoodie…. the girl’s man also had the same hoodie on as my daughter’s!!!! Picked up pet toys that are the best quality and price. My puppy hasn't chewed them up so went back a month later and new products in and I couldn't leave without them. Name brand clothing with discounted prices. Look around and you'll find great deals no doubt.”
