“bryan (brian??? idk how it’s spelled) BUT!!! he made my first experience renting a u-haul easy and extremely pleasant. i might’ve not read the sign on how to open the door (use the knob lol) but he didn’t judge me, such a welcoming face and energy overall. he also helped me figure out the mobile check in/check out process. i will be going back when i need to rent a u-haul again.”
“I wanted to write a review considering that I have only used uhaul to move my furniture and the trucks are convenient for those moving in a time constraint. The truck I received was a bit big, I was not expecting to be charge $200 to go less than 50miles. My transaction was disputed by the GM Taylor Eskridge , although I did not hassle about the mileage, I was concerned about the fuel fee that I was charged . I would recommend this service at this location, just make sure you have photos on your phone not just through the link evaluations. Contract# 79626382”

“UhaulAnother great experience with uhaul rental. This time was at the location on 201 Ruth drive in Newark DE. After looking for a trailer and was not able to get any. Only this location was able to have one. Greg the owner/ manager was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the services and safety inspection of my hitch. In addition of providing uhaul service they do tent and party rental as well.please be sure to check them out and support their business.”
“The other negative reviews are simply unfounded. When I got an email that my rental got moved to this address I looked it up, saw the reviews and was slightly concerned. Nonetheless, I went. I walked into an unassuming business, stocked full of any equipment I would need with my rental, he nothing but nice, he tested all my lights, did a 360 on the equipment with me, helped me weigh my insurance options, hooked up my equipment, make sure it worked and I understood how it worked, we chatted a little bit, and I was on my way it was a great experience. Is he a super super warm and cuddly friendly receptionist, heck no. But this isn’t a business or place that isn’t trustworthy by any means, you go to pick up equipment, this guy runs (or works at) the place, walks you through the options, you sign some papers and you’re off with the equipment you rented. Was he a little rough around the edges maybe, was the building polished, no, but my equipment works and is in better condition than I was expecting…this place deserves nothing less than 5 stars. I got my equipment quickly, in good shape, no hassle. Thanks.”

“So easy to rent a truck and make arrangements for packing materials and hiring reputable movers. Was using u-haul for the first time to move our son back home from out of state. Very convenient locations to pick up and drop off. Loved that the packing materials were shipped to home instead of having to pick up from store. The air conditioner was strong in 100 degree weather and the leather seats were very comfortable for the 14 hour drive. Would definitely use again.”
