“My first experience renting a U-Haul both electric and frightening at the same time. However overall it went well. Manager explained everything clearly and the equipments were cleaned and ready to go. Return policies explained clearly. Renting on the app was very easy and U-Haul operators on the phone were available to answer any questions I had. I would most definitely use and recommend this service.”
“I wanted to write a review considering that I have only used uhaul to move my furniture and the trucks are convenient for those moving in a time constraint. The truck I received was a bit big, I was not expecting to be charge $200 to go less than 50miles. My transaction was disputed by the GM Taylor Eskridge , although I did not hassle about the mileage, I was concerned about the fuel fee that I was charged . “I had a fantastic experience picking up the Penske moving truck. Alam was courteous, helpful, and demonstrated every salient feature of the truck clearly. He ensured all of the additional items (hand truck, blankets) were included as well. Overall, I'd highly recommend!”

“Initially, I had a very low expectation upon walking into this establishment (e.g. The management didn't even greet me as he walked out with a fellow customer.) We then proceeded to wait for service, finally served, we had to re-enter our information. With no fault of management but rather an issue with my card, I had to run out to the bank and ultimately had to use another card - This then caused me to be an hour behind than expected. As a courtesy and to no charge, the manager graciously added two extra hours onto my trip and gave me an extra window to return the truck on time, which worked out perfectly as I've just made it. But in all honestly, he may not have the best demeanor but he's a very nice guy. Maybe you shouldn't expect him to swoon you but if you're kind and courteous, he will repay it. That's all I got to say. Lol! Oh, and yes! I will go to that place again!”
