Its crazy cause as a post office you will think their supposed to deliver our mail everyday. Everyday I am online making online complaints about our mail not getting delivered into our neighborhood.
They always call making excuses for the mailmen but the next day it's back to square one delayed mail and delivery services. When I lived in the suburbs they NEVER DARE to do this NEVER!

I wish I could give zero stars. These workers do steal packages and claim that they delivered it. We clearly saw it on the ring camera. Shame on these people. Even the higher ups are in on it. Disgraceful

Unacceptable Service – Rude and Disrespectful Staff - Attitude and problem solving skills worth $1.00
Stopped by this USPS location today to mail a package and had a terrible experience with a staff member named Tina (or a name starting with T). She was loud, rude, and aggressive. She had a nasty attitude and seemed like she has some serious issues being around people. When I calmly asked her to lower her voice, she snapped back and told me to “go to next window.”
I left her a dollar - not as a tip, but to show that’s exactly what her attitude and problem-solving skills are worth. USPS needs to seriously retrain or reevaluate staff like this. I won’t be returning.

Allison!!!! She’s great with customer service, very understanding and extremely helpful! I’ve had nothing short of pleasant experiences when I deal with her! I am not sure of any other employees but I know for sure Allison is a great help!

I’m not sure what else to do or say here! I get scanned notifications for mail I should receive but don’t; I get notifications of packages being delivered but it’s not to my address.

This post office is horrible!!! They steal customers packages like crazy!!!!!! I already had to report them to postal inspectors because they are really that freakin bad!!! If i could i would stop getting mail or packages through the post office because they're super slow, and they stay stealing!! Especially this location particular!!! They think people are just supposed to sit by and watch as they steal customers packages SMH! Horrible!

Bottom of the barrel service. They never answer the phone. My package has been stuck at their location for over a week now. Just don’t even use usps for reliability purposes alone. Looking to hire a class action lawyer at this point. Paid way too much money way too many times for guaranteed shipping that never once is on time. Pieces of crap!

This company is in responsible , they lost my green card but they said they delivered to my address when they didn’t , the justification is that the mail guy was in my street when he scanned it, but the GPS showed that he scanned it in another house , I filled a claim and it was denied 3 times they don’t take responsibility of their actions and you have to pay for what they did , the worse company

I have so many packages stolen from this place! And when it has to come through here I don’t get anything! There is a young lady who works in the front and she gives off attitude and she is not helpful at all , I went in and told her it say my package was picked up and totally disregarded what I was even asking for, tried to make it seem like I did not know what I asking about.

I would give this post office 0 starts if I could. I was made to feel stupid and unheard with no effort to fix a problem why we weren't receiving mail at our address for the last few weeks. I like to give benefit of the doubt, but there's a reason this location has poor ratings.
