Went in last night to try to upgrade my phone. They close at 7pm, and I got there at 530 and checked in. After waiting 40 mins for my turn, the girl who came to help me seemed annoyed, and ready to go home. She was extremely rude. Wouldn't answer any of my questions, and talked to me like I was an idiot. When I said I just wanted a new phone she said it would take too long, and that I should just go online. I said forget it and walked out. I've been a customer at this location for years, since it opened. I've never experienced ignorance like that with Verizon. I'm old school, I'd rather go to a store and get help, and see things in person, and speak to someone. I'm not a buy everything online person. It's a shame. Customer service like that is the reason stores are closing. I still gave them a 3 because I've always had good service at that store till now

Verizon is still the most expensive, not the best service, and the customer service sucks now. They promised me an additional Loyalty discount of at least $10 and that I'd get an email confirming that amount in 3-5 biz days. That was 2 months ago and never received an email. When I called today and spoke with Manager they said it may take up to another 1-2 business cycles for that discount to go into affect. I asked to be transferred to cancelation department where Darrick said the previous people I spoke with were all giving disinformation and that I'll never receive that Loyalty Discount they promised. Now I'm really going to cancel Verizon!

If I could give a negative number, I would. What a joke of a store. Complete waste of time. 1+ hour wait. Customers put upon and no place to sit while they don't care to help you. Go somewhere else.

Thank you to your store employee named Michael who was very helpful he checked around for the best price for the best phone that we could afford and was able to transfer all the information that was stored in my wife's phone. He was very nice and very helpful.

Tre is an awesome salesman and technician.
He worked on a prepaid device for me today that ten or so technicians remotely from their side could not repair, and he did the repair in record time, and also generated a sales quote to show me the benefits and costs for a contract plan to rival the prepaid plan we currently have.
If he can help you, trust that he can work out a plan and technical issue to satisfy our customer base effectively. And to repair the image left by those who failed to determine causes and act.
* In full disclosure, it is hard to remotely troubleshoot an equipment failure over the phone, sometimes a human touch is needed, and he can handle that and work sales at the same time!

Terrible customer service today from an associate. Actually said after I asked for his card. “I’m not giving you my card so can call me everyday and ask me if the phone is in”. Need I say more??? 👎🏼👎🏼

We recently paid a visit to the Verizon store on 202 in Wilmington. We were immediately greeted by associate Michael Scarborough. Throughout our visit, he was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, honest and had a great sense of humor too! At no time did we feel pressured, or steered into any purchase. After answering 30 minutes of our questions, we walked out of the store completely satisfied and even had two new phones in-hand! Thank you again for your help Michael, and good luck breaking that vault! - Jim

Well run and excellent store. Got my phone replaced, with the proper model, no up sell. Transferred all of my old phone data on the spot. Kyle is the guy to see.
