The worst experience I have ever had buying something, very rude and they don't want to assist you, I have been with Verizon for more than 20 years and they have never felt like this, they didn't want to help me, they only asked for my physical license, even though I showed them my license of the DMV app, (this app was made by the state of Delaware and DMV and is accepted by the police and other state entities) Mr. Jose even hit the table in a This was very hostile, something I have never seen in a store, they made me feel as if the costumers were worthless, now I have decided that I and my family and many of my friends are going to cancel Verizon and go to another cell phone company, very Bad customer service from Mr. Jose, the only thing I wanted was to buy the cover for my iPhone and the screen protector and activate my new phone, I feel sorry for the owner of this franchise, I don't think it will work for them It's going to be fine if you don't change your customer service requirements, you just have to remember that a satisfied customer attracts more costumers and an unsatisfied one and everyone they know doesn't come back, ,

Customer service is exactly what it should be. Polite and reads from their dedicated scripts. But, YOU CANNOT BUY A MOBILE phone in this store. It's very important that you do not wait in line or get on the waiting list or make an appointment. You CANNOT walk into the store with a broken phone and purchase a new phone and walk out. I'm not sure why and the sales associate will very eloquently explain it, but it doesn't make sense. YOU CANNOT BUY a NEW phone in this store. You cannot walk in the store with $1,200 CASH OR CHARGE and walk out with a phone. It will not happen do not go it is not a true Verizon store.

I went to get my brother a new phone. As soon as we walked in a kind gentleman eye contacted us and asked if we need help. And he was very helpful. A kind woman even answered some of our questions before making our final purchase.

Shocked by the offensive and rudeness of the store rep RASHEED to say the least. My online order was stuck in pending status and when I asked if they can cancel that one & process a new one in store the rep said “ are u a fraud .? RU a fraud .? We only cancel if it’s fraud , go do it your self otherwise” and left!

The workers will all judge you based on your appearance. As I walked in all the workers went silent and just looked up at me, no greeting no anything then went right back to helping other customers. One worker even walked pass me just to point something out to another customer without any acknowledgement of my existence. Do not come here unless you fit what they think can make them money. I guess I'm wasn't even worth a Hello or Hi today.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Not helpful at all!! I was sent to this location by a phone representative because I’ve been having internet issues for several weeks. Finally was told I needed a replacement box because my internet router was bad. But when I came to this location I was told it was inside locker I had no access too. I tried getting help from a representative but lazy and unprofessional representative was what I got. The representatives over the phone was kind and very helpful but the rude black bald guy with glasses at the store just ignored and dismissed me and started helping someone else that came after me. He basically said, oh well, it’s gonna happen again. Meaning, I won’t have access to locker after a new order was done again by the phone representatives. He even walked past me with the Internet router and placed it into the locker while I was standing there!!!! Thank god for the kind customer service representatives over the phone because the issue would have never been resolved at a local store. They are now sending me it by mail Instead, so I don’t have to deal with the representatives at the Kirkwood Highway store.

After store hopping for help with an issue, this place was the most helpful. Ricardo was so kind and did not hesitate to help. So glad I came here!

I came to this location and was requesting assistance from representative named Paul! In spite of the fact that Verizon had told me over the phone that I could return this phone to this store location and gave me the specific address, Paul rudely told me that I had to mail it back in so he gave me a label and taped the box back up. He made a comment about Verizon representatives in the phone center being foreigners. I didn't have the heart to tell him that the person I spoke to was in the state of Utah. But that's not a great attitude to have when you supposed to be doing business. It's obvious to me that Paul doesn't like his job! He pissed me off some kind of off. I was highly offended. ? Based on This sole experience I don't want to return to this store unless it's absolutely necessary! I would recommend it that you handle business with Verizon wireless over the phone whenever possible.
