I came to this location and was requesting assistance from representative named Paul! In spite of the fact that Verizon had told me over the phone that I could return this phone to this store location and gave me the specific address, Paul rudely told me that I had to mail it back in so he gave me a label and taped the box back up. He made a comment about Verizon representatives in the phone center being foreigners. I didn't have the heart to tell him that the person I spoke to was in the state of Utah. But that's not a great attitude to have when you supposed to be doing business. It's obvious to me that Paul doesn't like his job! He pissed me off some kind of off. I was highly offended. ? Based on This sole experience I don't want to return to this store unless it's absolutely necessary! I would recommend it that you handle business with Verizon wireless over the phone whenever possible.

I have been here prob 3 different times and I have never had anyone that actually did anything to help me. Today's guy was like... what exactly is it that u want me to do?! I can't do anything as on a sales level!!! If I was buying something u would go out of ur way to get me what I want but now that it's customer service u don't give a shit! No wonder u guys have such shitty rating!!!! You guys suck!

We came in to upgrade an were assisted by Paul. His customer service was great. He was thorough but not pushy an very transparent about everything from cost to products. Best service I've had at a Verizon store

My husband and I were in town and he got his phone stolen. It was a mess. We had the most difficult time getting new one set up and Rashid was a technical genius angel set from the technology gods. Verizon at Kirkwood - promote this gem this asset of an employee immediately. We had so much going on that week and honestly his compassion, generosity -and caring attitude was what we needed most.

Went in to change account type and other issues...they gave me a phone number to call, but I've been to this store before and that's what they do (give you a goose to chase) so I stayed in the parking lot doing what they told me to. Of course, phone number didn't work and when I attempted to speak to a representative at the desk (who are all completely useless anyway) he acted like I was really inconveniencing him by asking him to do his job. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU NEED HELP all they know how to do is sign you up for new service and sell you an overpriced phone.

We visit this store for creat new line and for tread photos and get new phone for new line. We visit just walking and the staff give us very good response and they are very kind and very joyful they help us very nicely. And they have iPhone 15 pro max available at store we got phones also. Thank you for helping us very nicely. Krdow did really great work and he is so kind. Thank you for helping us.

I visited this location for an iPhone upgrade, and had a great experience. Paul was patient with questions my dad and I had for him about phone upgrade and plan options. Overall seamless process.

I live in North Carolina, and I found out that someone tried to order an iPhone at the store on my Apple Watch. How the hell can you not check someone’s credentials before they order a $1400 phone? Wow.

I purchased a phone upgrade at this location. The store employees were not knowledgeable about the Verizon promotions and never activated a bundle plan which resulted in paying full retail pricing on several devices that should have been free through promo credits. It took multiple phone calls to customer service to correct the billing issues but eventually it was resolved. This store staff needs more training on corporate promotions.
