The young lady who helped me was pleasant and constructively motivated. There were 3 people in line behind me, and the other lady behind the counter made no effort whatsoever to come forward and help them. Instead, she was hiding, folding boxes, eavesdropping on my interaction with the young lady and barking terse instructions...
