I never have any problems here at this location. At times I do go there and they are closed, but you know they need to go home like you do at your job. I did also look this Sunday and found other locations open until 3 pm and the Alachua location is closed on Sunday but that’s the way they roll. Know their schedule. Life is too short to try to make others live by your schedule. Great place. Glad to have them so close..

Customer service here is TERRIBLE. Reached out via email for a poster print. Had a 11x16 poster printed a few weeks ago, super simple. Tried to have a second printed today but never got a return email. Visited in store and they say they don’t do posters, after I explained I did one 3 weeks prior he changed his tune. No thanks. I’ll go elsewhere.

Shout out to the gentleman working Saturday January 18, 2025 at closing. I hustled to be there but he was closing the door. He let me in under the wire. He was kind and helpful to everyone in the store. I appreciate his help.
