“This was my first visit but far from my last. My daughter told me about Hilltop Family Vet and so I decided to give them a try and so glad that I did. From the moment I first walked in till I walked out, the entire staff focused on my pet trying to make him comfortable. I liked that everything was explained to me and priced so that I knew what was taking place and how much everything was going to cost up front instead of at the end. There’s no pressure to buy any particular brand or procedure or guilt tripped into anything. Will stay with these folks for all of my pet needs and recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.”
“Dr. Navarro was kind, gentle, and informative from the moment I met her. I came in with my kitty who has some unusual medical history. We were looking at the possibility of mammary cancer. I came here for a second opinion after a disastrous visit elsewhere. Dr. Navarro didn't sugar coat anything or give me false hope, but was pragmatic and cautious. She helped me see to the end a stressful situation that ultimately ended up on a positive note. My kitty is perfectly healthy. Dr. Navarro went above and beyond. She will be our vet for life.”

“My dogs are like my children and I am extremely protective of them and picky about the care they receive. I'm always very nervous about who I trust with them. I can't tell you how quickly Newberry Animal Hospital Spring Hill location has put my anxieties at ease. They not only have given my dogs phenomenal care for 2 years, they are extremely kind, informative, and understanding to us humans too. My dog Luna was abused by her previous owner and was taken in as an unplanned rescue by me and my now husband 3 years ago. She was destroying furniture, chewing through steal crates, ripping up carpet, shaking and whimperimg nonstop, etc. From day 1. Through confidence building with us by training, and the amazing care plan with Dr. Kimberly Hall, Luna is a well behaved and BRAVE dog. Dr. Hall was amazing at advocating for Luna and educating us as well as trialing different treatment options until she found a perfect fit.
I could go on for hours about this place and Dr. Hall. The whole team is so sweet and I will never take our dogs anywhere else. You will find your home vet at Newberry Animal Hospital Springhill.”

“I’d give them a ten star rating if I could. This office is exceptional in all areas. The two receptionists were both super nice and cool. I could have stood up there and chatted with them all day. The care from the veterinary team was top notch as well. Their love of animals is quite evident. Also, the cost was quite reasonable. Free first visit? That is so generous! I am soooo very happy I found this place for my dog.”
“I HIGHLY recommend taking your pet to west end animal hospital! Every single one of their vets are amazing at what they do and care for my pets like they are their own. I have 3 cats that see both Dr. Montgomery and Dr. Stevens as their primary veterinarian. My oldest cat was diagnosed with diabetes and Dr. Stevens was so helpful in educating my husband and I on how we can care for him and how to initiate treatment with insulin. She took such amazing care of him and he is now in remission and no longer needs insulin! Additionally my youngest kitten was extremely sick when he was 13 weeks old and ended up being hospitalized which was a really traumatizing event for my husband and I. Dr. Montgomery followed up with us immediately after his hospitalization given he still had an active infection and she cultured his wound and promptly started the antibiotics he needed since his infection was resistant to everything except for one specific antibiotic. She went through the effort to coordinate with a compounding pharmacy and get a topical treatment for him and help set us up with CCVS urgent care for some IV antibiotic treatments. She emailed me on a daily basis to check in and provided extremely humanistic care for our fur baby. All of the vets here are extremely skilled clinically in their reasoning and diagnostic skills. They have saved both of my cats lives and are amazing primary care doctors that will do their best to keep your pets healthy and happy and prevent them from getting ill but in the case that they do they will be there every step of the way! They also make a strong effort to make their clinic a calm and comfortable place for pets with anxiety.”
“Everyone that works here is compassionate and super friendly. Never had a negative interaction. They take great care of all my assorted pets and never talk down to anyone. They even took the time to explain an issue to my child at her level. Great people.”
“Dr. Pat saw my ball python who had several issues. It was looking pretty grim but with wonderful treatment and diligence, she has made a full recovery. It’s quite difficult to treat a snake for anything but he did a wonderful job. I am forever thankful. ?”

“Our 24-yr-old horse exhibited critical signs of rapidly failing health. A phone call in the morning led to a much-needed farm visit from Dr. Stephanie Helinger in the afternoon. She and her assistant provided a thorough exam and preliminary treatment regime. Blood panel test confirmed the metabolic disorder situation suspected. One week later, a re-visit confirmed the horse was on a good road to recovery because of the early treatment. The level of communication from Stephanie and the PhD Vet Services associates via text and emails (instructions, lab results, etc.) was excellent. Dr. Helinger checked in several times via text over the week to inquire about the horse's condition. PhD Veterinary Services are the people to call when you have a horse medical problem.”
“This place was a life saver! My cat was sick and throwing up, and I was tired and stressed after the previous vet visit earlier that day. They were so kind and patient with me both over the phone and in person. They also made sure to let me know what was going on every step of the way. My cat is feeling much better now and so am I. Will 100% be going back there for future emergencies.”

“Everyone at this vet clinic is incredibly friendly and compassionate. I have a somewhat high needs French bulldog and they always take care of her and follow up to make sure that we are doing ok. I honestly would not trust the care of my babies with anyone else. This practice is top notch, I could not recommend them any higher. They really do provide stellar care, and seem to genuinely care for your pets.”
