The pharmacy had me on hold for over an hour and when I got on there were 3 calls ahead of me. They all got taken care of after 35 minutes. I eventually had to hang up at 1hr 3m. My guess is they are too busy for the amount of employees they have, IDK ? Whatever is, it’s not efficient or effective.
