Sarah at the alachua Walgreens store and the pharmacist are always fast & efficient and always give me my medications as quick as possible. They never have bad attitudes and they must like their job cause they are always motivated and dedicated at all times, keep up the good work

Takes forever, always rude and in a hurry to get rid of you! Never have meds on time!! Don’t recommend! Also, they tried to tell my Dr what I should be taking!! Instead of filling my script they actually called my Dr and myself and said they would only fill a similar medication but refused to fill what my DR WROTE FOR ME!! Unbelievable! I will never go there again

Worst customer experience. Be ready to fight for your prescriptions every refill, long wait times and NO ONE answers the phone. If they do, they say please hold and put you hold for eternity until their system gets tired and disconnects you. They failed to refill my sons medication for 3 weeks I drove back and forth and until I finally explained my driving back and forth 3 times they “double checked” and found my kids prescription.

Had a great experience with the pharmacy, walked in and got the vaccines. I was looking for right away. The staff were very friendly, and the pharmacist spent some time making sure that everything with my insurance was correctly documented

If I could give a zero stars, I would. The pharmacy billed my insurance company for a prescription that they did not give me because they were out of it. My husband has also had the same thing happen - billed for prescriptions he did not receive. Although the staff was very pleasant, the system they use is fraudulent.

Visted 2/24/24 for rapid covid test. They don't seem to have a clue what they are doing nor care.Do yourself a favor and visit a different location. Waste of money here.

Coming from the hospital with my wife after a stay with major cancer surgery one perscription had been filled but not the other. The individual at the drive through window projected a 'I don't want to be here attitude' in fact stating he had just gotten back from lunch 5 minutes ago. I would have to wait for another 15 minutes or drive 30 minutes back at a later time. This doesn't sound like a lot of time but when your wife is sitting there in pain and when asked if they could get it a little faster being told we have handicaped people come in here all the time. Both supscriptions called at the same time but only filling at different times is not ok. I had stopped using Walgreens some time ago for the I don't care attitudes of employees and if I can get my wife to change it would be good moving forward. There are many more pharmacies that want business.

The long nailed, nasty batch that supposedly manages the place just threatened me. Wrong move. Consequences coming. What a shame that such good staff has to work for her. She is ignorant and cares more for her nails than Customers. What a waste. You just lost a loyal customer.
