Bathrooms out of order. Almost all 711s bathrooms are out of order.

This 7/11 location is an absolute disaster. The place is dirty, and something is always broken, making it clear that upkeep is not a priority. The work environment is toxic, with coworkers more interested in hooking up than doing their jobs. The pay is embarrassingly low, and the owner is a complete creep who takes advantage of everyone, freeloading off the hard work of his employees. It’s clear that he doesn’t care about the store or its staff. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—not for work or even just to stop by. Avoid it if you can.

This seven eleven has very narrow aisle. It’s not easy to walk around if somebody is making a coffee or a slurpy. The big bite is good but the bun is very hard and it’s only around noon. I think they shouldn’t leave the buns in the warmer. The staff are hardworking but not totally friendly. The mini tacos are good. We like them because they are less spicy now. They used to be very spicy.

This 7-Eleven is in a prime location in Altamonte Springs, except for the fact that it is competing with its neighbor, Wawa, and across the street it has Walgreens, Target, and Walmart nearby. But as far as convenience goes, it's right on the corner of two major intersections, which would be a good thing, except for the fact that it's so difficult to turn into the parking lot from any direction by car.
But back to the competition. Wawa is directly next door, and let's face it. If you are having to decide between stopping at Wawa or 7-Eleven, be it for gas, a fountain beverage, a snack, or a pack of smokes, you're usually going to choose Wawa. They have a better rewards program, nicer employees, a better and easier to order menu that is full of made to order options that border on the line of fast food, and as time goes on, it gets further and further from gas station grub. 7-Eleven, on the other hand, is making no effort whatsoever to improve their menu, technology, rewards programs, inventory, or, In my opinion, the least enticing part of 7-Eleven when compared to Wawa is the cleanliness and shopability of the store.
Now that could be true of all 7-Elevens, but since I haven't been to every single 7-Eleven on the planet, I am making a broad assumption based on what I know about the 7-Elevens I have been to, and the 7-Eleven that I frequent, which is this location, in Altamonte Springs.
My last visit to the 7-Eleven was a complete failure. I should give it less than three stars for the way the staff treated me and my partner when we asked to deposit cash onto our cash app debit card. The app specifically pointed out this 7-Elevens address, and even gave us GPS directions to the establishment, promising that it offered the service we were looking for, which almost every 7-Eleven does nowadays... A simple deposit of cash onto your cash app card via the app.
If cash app had said that 7-Elevens in general were capable of this feature, I wouldn't have been so upset. But it specifically pointed out this location, and I specifically ordered, waited, and paid for an Uber to go to this location for that exact reason, and nothing else. So not only did I waste my money and time, but I also got an extreme attitude from both of the employees working there, who wanted to argue with me and convince me that I didn't know what I was talking about when I showed them my phone, where it said in big bold letters, the exact address of the 7-Eleven and the service that I was looking for underneath it. It also said that the 7-Eleven was capable of doing the transaction 24/7. Not that it mattered. Neither one of the employees were willing to do it, and whether or not they were able to doesn't really matter. It was the delivery which made me put back the additional items that I would have purchased if they had some respect in their demeanor for their customers. Especially with Wawa right next door, and Walgreens across the street, who also were willing participants to deposit cash onto my cash app card. But I chose 7-Eleven, simply because I wanted a big gulp, but I didn't end up buying that big gulp, and I won't be returning for one in the future.
My recommendation?
The Wawa next door has 100 times better service and everything that you would get at 7-Eleven, you will get at Wawa, but at least 20 times better. Don't waste your money. Also, don't risk your life trying to turn into the parking lot. Definitely not worth it.
Oh I should add, these big gulps in my photo were purchased prior to this little visit.

Went there at 2:00 AM yesterday 10/25/2023 and employee had locked the doors and when I knocked to get his attention he said to come back at 5:00 AM. Why list on website open 24 hours 7 days a week and have all the lights on and refuse to open. Lost my business.

Decent prices. All pumps were working. I did not go inside the store so I can't speak on service but people were leaving the store happy. Be sure to sign up with 7awards program to get cents off gas!

If I can put 0 stars I would the man who works at night is very rude and racist this place needs to be put in check for a franchise store you would believe they would be more respectful to their customers instead they judge them on your appearance and choose when to sell to who they want smh I used to think this store was great until I witnessed how they treated my nephew at the store.
