“Roger at the front desk in the Embassy Suites hotel location in Orlando was absolutely wonderful. He helped us get an additional driver added so easily and he gave us some great information about other products and auto insurance. He didn’t have to do that but he did. Thank you, Roger.”
“I'm giving 5 stars not to buget but to the people that run this location. I've done business with them for years, never let me done, always honest and nice, and quick check in and check out. Never had a problem here!”
“Roger and Francesca went above and beyond today at Alamo at the Sanford Airport. My mom needs a wheelchair so once we returned the car Francesca arranged for Roger to drive us to departures. Both were friendly and professional and it made traveling so much easier than I expected.”
“Larry, made my nightmare end with what I’ve experienced over the past 4 1/2 months with 2 vehicles from another dealer. Larry and ( Antonio I believe is the finance guy) made my buying experience smooth and stress free ! I appreciate y’all and thank you, again !”
“Thank you to Gemida and Greg. It’s always stressful to deal with an auto accident. My daughter had an accident that was not her fault near UCF. Our insurance sent us here and these folks were super kind and honest. Gemida was kind on the phone and efficiently scheduled. Greg evaluated her vehicle and provided an honest assessment when he could have “found issues” to make money. Rare today to find integrity…thank YOU, Gemida and Greg!”
“Fantastic experience and reasonably priced. They walked me through every step of the process and laid out all my options. The estimate included all possible repairs but they only charged me for the parts and labor needed. High quality repairs, very informative throughout, and they had excellent recommendations for mechanics to take care of issues outside their expertise. 10/10 would highly recommend.”
“This was the best rental car experience ever . The general manager Mike went above and beyond assisting me with a sane day booking . I accidentally booked at the wrong location with a totally different company and he got me into the same type of vehicle as I had booked somewhere else with a better rate. To say I was impressed was an understatement. Malaya was also so pleasant as she assured I was completely satisfied with the vehicle I chose before I drove off the lot. I will definitely book with this specific location anytime I’m visiting the Sanford/Orlando area. I would highly recommend this company and location to anyone looking to book a rental vehicle in this area. 10/10”
“The ease and flexibility that the company practices are incredible, competent and polite employees, not to mention the price that beats all competitors, rewards with all ctz”
“I just wanted give all the props to Terry. I have rental multiple cars from this location and this guy's work ethic is on 1000%. He's literally doing every job in the place while getting people in and out BY HIMSELF!! This type of work ethic rubs off because even the few times he wasn't in, the other staff members were great as well!”
“Sergio was excellent he made sure he handled everything fast and efficient. He gave me an excellent deal on a rental easy process no hassle. Great company make sure you pay them a visit for your quick and easy rental needs.”

“My family and I recently rented an accessible van through United Access and it was a life saver. They were easy to work with when setting up the rental and worked with us to be able to pickup and drop off the the van at MCO. A couple of days before pickup and then the day before return, they were in communication with where the van would be parked at the airport and instructions for returning the van. I highly recommend their services for rentals as I will be using them again should I need another rental.”
“I am a regular customer and find the staff incredibly helpful and friendly, making the car rental experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this location for your car rental needs.”
“We had some issues with a check oil light coming on. We took it to Enterprise in Key West and they said it was normal in that car but could take it to shop in morning. Took to shop and guy did not check the oil just said it was common. Key West said would swap but no car available. They guaranteed I would not be at fault if it led to damage, so took good faith and drove back. Tried calling number before and after all this. I was nervous on returning and scared just to go have oil checked at any oil place so it was a little nerving. When returning i explained to Nick at the airport. He confirmed the car looked good and that is common on the Jettas. I did not ask for anything but he was so sympathetic and kind he offered to wave my $80 closing fees. I just want to let you know Nick at SFB airport in Orlando really exceeded expectations and has awesome customer service skills. I dont write reviews unless absolutely deserved and employees do more than expected. He did! Thank you.”
“We found Blue Book Cars following a challenging search for a low mileage, reliable minivan in great shape, and the even more difficult search, for a reputable, friendly dealership. Blue Book Cars is an oasis in a high-pressure sales business that typically employs inexperienced, pushy individuals. At Blue Book Cars, you will feel welcomed like a good friend of the family. Do not hesitate to visit this dealership. Special thanks to Gary and Bob.”
“Great customer service Max and shaheim was very attentive and made the process super easy! The other employee who helped me initially was also great too. Look forward to renting with this location again .”

“I had a wonderful experience with this Enterprise in Winter Park. Taylor, the Branch Manager, was great. The rental process was easy and smooth, and the car worked perfectly! Thank you Enterprise!”
“I had an incredible experience with the Zero to Sixty Club that I just have to share. It was midnight, and I found myself in a last-minute bind needing a car for a week-long trip. I called them up, hoping to snag a Cadillac Escalade, and to my amazement, they made it happen flawlessly. Within less than an hour, they delivered a pristine Escalade right to me at the airport—talk about clutch timing! The car itself? Absolutely amazing—luxurious, powerful, and a total dream to drive. The whole process was seamless. After my trip, I simply parked the car back at the airport, and they picked it up without me having to lift a finger. What really stood out was their top-notch communication—polite, professional, and lightning-fast responses every step of the way. The interior was spotless, adding to the premium feel of the experience. And the cost? Perfectly priced for a week-long rental, making it an unbeatable deal for this level of service and quality. I’d absolutely recommend the Zero to Sixty Club to anyone looking for premium service, reliability, and a hassle-free rental experience. They’ve earned a repeat customer in me!”
“I highly recommend Captain Lex Rentals to anyone looking for a reliable car rental service. They are accommodating and extremely helpful. I will definitely be renting from them again in the future ^_^.”
“Zac took great care of me, and when I had to add a day to my rental, he took care of that over the phone in seconds. Zac knows his stuff and goes above and beyond to help out his customers. Thanks Zac and thank you Enterprise!”
“I had a wonderful experience with renting from Maximum Auto. They are the best place if you're looking for a great looking, reliable rental car for a great price. Vic & Franchesca are so friendly and professional. I will be recommending them to my friends and family for sure. Thank you guys!”
“Wonderful Agency! Professional! Awesome! Makes all of my travel fun and easy. I have such great travel memories thanks to Atlas Global Travel and their professionals!!”
“I had a great experience here getting a rental after my car was total. Rachael in particular was really helpful. I will definitely be coming back next time I need a rental!”
“Unexpected things happen in life but thank God I was referred by a good friend to meet with Miss Madolin . And I must say she went beyond my expectations. Not only i got what I need for the price I was looking for but she make the whole process so fast and easy in less than 2 1/2 hours i was driving my new car. I recommend her and Enterprise 💯 % . My best experience ever.”
“My recent escapade with Car Rental Orlando Executive Airport was another one for the books! You know, like those books you don't mind reading over and over again. The ride was so clean, it could've passed for a germaphobe's dream home. And get this, I got a call from them the next day, probably checking if the car and I were now best buds. Now, dropping off the ride after hours was smoother than a buttered slide. I even got a follow-up call the next day – they were so concerned about my experience that they practically adopted me. They also gave me a heads-up on my funds doing the hula dance back into my account. All in all, if car rentals were an Olympic sport, they would be winning gold in customer satisfaction! Great job! ? ?”
“Kia, Tyler, Lucky and Caleb are amazing, kind, funny, patient and I won't rent anywhere else. Because of them, y'all got a very happy customer for life!”
“Absolutely 5 star service! We’ve hired Bao Chicka Wow for our last 3 events and they never disappoint! The entire team is professional and amazing to work with. Plus each year, the car selection has been outstanding. Highly recommend especially for corporate events!”
“There were NO cars at this location even though I had a reservation. Brittanie was great trying to do her best to handle the upset customers and get the cars that came in out as quickly as possible. Keep doing a great job! Thanks for all your help!”
