“This was the best rental car experience ever . The general manager Mike went above and beyond assisting me with a sane day booking . I accidentally booked at the wrong location with a totally different company and he got me into the same type of vehicle as I had booked somewhere else with a better rate. To say I was impressed was an understatement. Malaya was also so pleasant as she assured I was completely satisfied with the vehicle I chose before I drove off the lot. I will definitely book with this specific location anytime I’m visiting the Sanford/Orlando area. “My family and I recently rented an accessible van through United Access and it was a life saver. They were easy to work with when setting up the rental and worked with us to be able to pickup and drop off the the van at MCO. A couple of days before pickup and then the day before return, they were in communication with where the van would be parked at the airport and instructions for returning the van. I highly recommend their services for rentals as I will be using them again should I need another rental.”

“We had some issues with a check oil light coming on. We took it to Enterprise in Key West and they said it was normal in that car but could take it to shop in morning. Took to shop and guy did not check the oil just said it was common. Key West said would swap but no car available. They guaranteed I would not be at fault if it led to damage, so took good faith and drove back. Tried calling number before and after all this. I was nervous on returning and scared just to go have oil checked at any oil place so it was a little nerving. When returning i explained to Nick at the airport. He confirmed the car looked good and that is common on the Jettas. I did not ask for anything but he was so sympathetic and kind he offered to wave my $80 closing fees. I just want to let you know Nick at SFB airport in Orlando really exceeded expectations and has awesome customer service skills. I dont write reviews unless absolutely deserved and employees do more than expected. He did! Thank you.”

“My recent escapade with Car Rental Orlando Executive Airport was another one for the books! You know, like those books you don't mind reading over and over again. The ride was so clean, it could've passed for a germaphobe's dream home. And get this, I got a call from them the next day, probably checking if the car and I were now best buds.Now, dropping off the ride after hours was smoother than a buttered slide. I even got a follow-up call the next day – they were so concerned about my experience that they practically adopted me. They also gave me a heads-up on my funds doing the hula dance back into my account. All in all, if car rentals were an Olympic sport, they would be winning gold in customer satisfaction!
