“Have used a location that is close to this one before and when attempting to use it this time they were so unhelpful and rude, more concerned with going home than helping us. Went to the Kvvik Mart and the employees I dealt with were so nice, happy and helpful. Gave clear instructions and helped me through the whole process. Parking lot is a little tight but I explained to them I was worried about backing the truck into it's spot due to someone parked there and they said I could leave it at the pumps and they would handle it all for me. They were both so helpful, would use this location rather than the actual U-haul down the road anyday.”
“Roger is a great guy, very friendly and talked for a while. We moved back to NJ from Florida on a work transfer. We got their at 9am and the truck was ready to go, did have a check engine light on , but Roger checked it out and it was only a service for oil change. Best of luck Roger in your future journeys . CHRIS C.”

“This location was extremely helpful. Lisa went out of her way to ensure our experience with U-haul was stress-free. Moving isn't easy, so we're extremely grateful for the kindness and understanding 🙏”
