Terrible service from a bad attitude, very poorly educated people who don't even give you a good morning. I have been at this branch for several years and the service has never been as bad as it is now. I spent an hour waiting for someone to show up because it was completely empty when I approached the cashier to just ask a question because there was no one, the lady just shook her head at me saying no and I hadn't even asked the question yet. I have to leave without resolving the question and with the bad feeling of such bad service I do not recommend it.

You walk in the bank there's nobody there to greet you. You walk and speak to a teller and it's only one banker on a Monday to help you. When you ask if anyone in the wait time they say they are completely booked how are you completely booked at 2:00 in the afternoon and all the only have one banker at 2:00 in the afternoon. I've been with Chase for about 16 years and I am so going to leave them because their customer service has sucked their locations have sucked just not happy with them anymore. Now the only thing I went in there for was to switch my 13-year-old's daughter account to a different kind of account and then I was told she needs to be with me with two forms of ID she's 13 what two forms of ID do 13-year-olds have and might have add if I don't do it she can't go in there and do it by herself so make that make sense to me.

Waited an hour in the lobby for someone to help me, for them to tell me they can’t help me. Wont be returning to this location again. I don’t think I will be getting a new credit card with Chase in general after this.

Drivethru ATM never dispenses cash and there is no other outside ATM. Don't go here if you want cash outside of their brick & mortar business hours.EDIT: Doesn't even have an ATM inside!! So if you want to do any normal causal money stuff, don't come here.

Every time I go in here, the employees are too busy talking to one another, to actually help the customers, (like me). I am a “private client”and they could care less….will never go back to this branch again…

Great customer service. My husband and I arrived without an appointment. We waited around 10 min. Nicholas (bank representative) was very professional and friendly. He made all the necessary changes to our account.

We have been using this location for at least 25 years -probably longer. It used to be great but now their employee turnover rate is so high that it’s impossible to develop a professional relationship with anyone and not surprisingly their customer service has gone downhill in recent years. Today I needed to have a form notarized and tried calling the branch four separate times only to receive a “we’re busy” recording and hung up on. I drove to the bank and was told there would be over an hour wait for a notary by the woman checking people in. When I mentioned that it would’ve been nice if I’d been able to get someone on the phone to avoid an unnecessary trip up there the woman ROLLED HER EYES and said “sorry about that” letting me know that she couldn’t possibly care less. It’s just really apparent that being decent to customers is no longer a priority here. If this was an isolated incident I’d dismiss it as a bad day but this attitude is par for the course at this location.

Hit or miss but 90% of the time the bankers through the drive up are very rude and condescending. They seem inconvenienced by anything you ask them. There are 1 maybe 2 employees at this branch that are actually helpful. Also the wait time on the drive up is ridiculous

Today I went to my chase in Longwood I have been trying to get an appointment little did I know they were short staffed. They called their sister branch Altamonte , they had me come over right away. Emily Martinez was so helpful, so kind, and so sweet. Thank you for your help today .

I ordered a new card in the mail 48 hours ago today I have some bills to pay and after going in person and giving the lady my ID there is no way for them to give me my security code for my new card to pay bills this week . At least have my new card information accessible on my chase app . Thank you for the inconvenience ?
