I went to this chase bank , YuK pao did great job for me , she so friendly and have very good patient to, she helped me out , and solve my problems about my bank account things ! Definitely go back with her ! I appreciate it !

One staff member is AWESOME!Candi! I really like her. However the bank itself never answers the phone! Also if YOU don't mention the referral coupon they don't either and I think that's kinda shady. With every account opened they should ask how the person knows about Chase.

At least clean that ATM, I went to deposit some money and I was amazed at how dirty the ATM was, in fact I thought it wasn't working. Your customers deserve a clean and sanitized ATM like the ones at the other bank next door.
