“Mus is a lifesaver! Really. I decided to drop by this shop for the very first time to check it out and see if I could get a simple repair done for my laptop's built-in mouse pad. Little did I know that my battery was fixin' to explode on me. But anyway, Mus realized this as soon as he got a good look and safely removed the battery, which was the reason my mouse pad wasn't working. Mind you, this was all during the diagnostic phase so I was very generously serviced without any charge. However, I'd definitely like to return and pay for service on another device very soon! “I had a computer tower that was shipped over 4 states marked fragile. The tower arrived having been dropped on a corner, I assume, because the case was bent out of shape and the rivets were popped. Damaged the hard drive for which Dauntless was able to recover and with a new case completely rebuild. And in 2 business days. Very happy with the service and saved me a ton of money.”
