Best Buy is good as usual, though this particular store is set up a little different than others. The store has quite a few products, but not as many offers, and they do not give many discounts as members. The staff is okay and courteous, though sometimes they seem not really interested in assisting. However, the sellers and cashiers are also very friendly, attentive to needs, and give good suggestions. They are the absolute best when it comes to screen protectors, applying them perfectly with no bubbles. The products purchased are excellent and at good prices, but sometimes they have things on display that they do not have in stock. Overall, service can be prompt and friendly, helping customers achieve their objectives.
I went to Best Buy to upgrade my phone, and ended up getting two phones of the three lines that I have everything was good

Its a different experience now adays, but I don't like dealing with sales people(like the kinda that make commision not regular associates) so I'm not mad. They go out of their way with customer return policies.

Team members are nice try to be helpful but unfortunately both visits I experienced people with very limited product knowledge
