This time i must send since i moved to Florida still work for Department of Navy by accident:)These two people must be appreciated in Altamonte Springs, FloridaIt was on Thursday if I recollect -i have gone many times after I moved on October 9th 2023....This last Thursday January 4th 2024...had time crunch and work pressure, it was Lunch time or sort of pretty close to end of my shift...i went to Navy Federal , it was a long line, - Ms. Heaven- hopefully it is the right name-she was sitting in front desk on that day instead of cashier- she was quick to help me how to get that deposited and Dona. She was extremely helpful. Other person who helped to get my (it is hard to put that in this social media) so fast due to ? unable to put here- he was amazing younger brother -his name was Mr. Cristian brother- very nice gentleman - on January 4th he was in the Cashier or Teller or service for depositing or so , but he helped earlier-this is a long due for him... please ensure to pass on this good note to upper management.. Manager and Assistant manager for that branch always says hello and they remember me somehow- too much Asian Indian thick accent with always smiling:) Appreciated- Please pass this on to Upper management please- Appreciated again.Sri”
