“Had a recent mishap with my loan and insurance…although I did procrastinate and wait till the last day I went in and spoke with Steven who was awesome in not only assisting me but also helping m wife update her name. After we left the insurance was not fully corrected but not at the fault of Steve. I went in and spoke with Shannon who was super helpful and was able to fix the issue and eliminating a very stressful issue…I work in banking and understand how customer service should be and this location was spot on and I highly recommended”

“My husband and I were searching for a new bank after being unsatisfied with the credit union we have been with for 16 years. We received a mail flyer for 5/3 and decided to check them out. From the moment we walked in the Altamonte location the service was incredible. Priti came out pretty much right away, greeted us and we began discussing accounts, questions we had, options, credit cards, etc. She was thorough, very knowledgeable and we immediately felt comfortable and trusted her experience and honesty. I also observed the interactions with other customers as they came inside the bank and how they were treated. It reminded me of how banks used to be back in the day - teller greeted people, laughed with them and I noticed some were even called by name when they first walked in. We felt at home there and actually valued as customers and are extremely happy to have made the switch. Honestly wish we would have done it years ago. And another thing, the online banking site is super user friendly so it wasn’t hard to get used to something new. Thanks 5/3.”
