I am a dark skin black woman, I went to the Dansko section for work shoes. Employee was friendly but started talking about Black Friday deals as if I cannot afford an almost 200$ shoe. Unfortunately I could not find a decent size. Strangely, I did not feel too out of place due to being black and dressing super casual with a black cap. I wanted to go to the perfume section but did not have time. I will be back at this location hopefully the employees at the perfume section are not full blown racists like these comments are stating.

Saleswoman in Polo Section for Men was a sweetheart and helped me pick a special gift to myself because I had a friend that recently passed away but he was obsessed with Polo so I had to purchase his fav brand.

I’ve visited this store three times over the past six days, so this review is based on my overall experience rather than a single visit. I’d like to recognize the two wonderful associates in the intimates and women’s dresses sections who helped me—unfortunately, I didn’t catch their names, but they were the highlight of my visits and the main reason I’d consider shopping here again.
That said, there’s room for improvement in the way some of the other staff interact with customers. It would make a big difference if all shoppers were treated with the same kindness, warmth, and respect, rather than feeling like an anonymous face. In my experience, a customer’s decision to return often depends on how they’re treated throughout the process, including with returns. Feeling valued—even when returning an item—could encourage customers to keep shopping with you.
I hope this feedback is helpful and encourages a more consistently positive experience for all shoppers.
