“Nelson was very professional. Met all expectations and explained the entire repair in detail. His arrival was as identified and on time. Repair time was estimated and met. Great service!! While Nelson was awesome, the Sears AI, parts ordering, and scheduling of the repair was atrocious! Additionally we were require to pay parts and labor up front. Parts are understood but labor prior to services rendored is terrible. No other option!!! A system without LIVE capability for true confirmation and issue solving has convinced our family to NEVER buy another Kenmore product. We lost 3 days of work due to two cancellations the day of the repair. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! We have no way to file our concerns or recuperate our lost wages/time.”

“This team treats customers with a high level of respect and professionalism. They are very knowledgeable and provide excellent phone-repair service. While the quality of service is strong, pricing for repairs on older phone models could be more competitive.”
