“Unfortunately, I went to a phone repair shop to have the cracked screen on my Google Pixel 7 Pro repaired. I got it fixed at a place that wasn't a Google Authorized Service provider like uBreakiFix.The original place replaced my cracked screen with a non-original part and broke my fingerprint scanner with the new screen thus fixing one problem and creating another.The first shop ghosted me and gave me the runaround and because of that, I had to get my phone fixed again. Luckily for me I had Alexander P. at uBreakiFix quickly figure out that my phone had a non-original part and replaced it with a proper Google screen.While fighting for my refund from the first phone repair shop, Charles Zuck was very helpful in writing up a document explaining everything and why the phone wasn't going to work with an after market screen.If you have a Google phone, definitely go to uBreakiFix for repairs.”
