    The physical site was not very helpful. I was directed to call in for help instead of a face to face meeting, which I prefer.

    After money was mistakenly put into my account by fidelity they tried to make me feel bad and pay out of pocket for their mistake!!! and implied I should’ve never taken it out. When it was under my name. They said it was an error and I received no apologies or any remorse!!!!
