Todd was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, walked me through the measurement process then helped me find a pair of insoles and shoes that fit my lifestyle. The store was clean and organized, you can tell its chock full of people who care. highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Fleet Feet. The service was excellent and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain everything and helped me customize the insole to fit my feet perfectly. I tried the shoes in-store and they were extremely comfortable from the start.
The store has a nice variety of high-quality products, and you can really tell they care about both comfort and customer experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality shoes and great service!

This store has excellent customer service and a helpful (easy) fit test to determine models of shoes that work for you. I like how approachable everyone is at the store, and especially appreciated Brooke helping me find a shoe that meets my needs. She was very informative but not pushy whatsoever. I felt no pressure or anxiety throughout the process of getting a shoe because Brooke was so attentive to what I was looking for and helpful. She helped me find a new shoe/insert that matched my needs and addressed my concerns. I normally dread having to buy sneakers but shopping at this store was a really pleasant experience.

I went with my family and all of us had a great experience. Eddie was really helpful, knowledgeable, explained every details of our foot scans and recommended the right tennis shoes for each person. We were four people in total and all of us got tennis shoes, socks and running gear. Totally recommend it. Great experience. Definitely, will come back. He is the best!

We had a wonderful experience here! I have some challenges with my feet (really high arches and I deal with foot cramps) and Matt acted like he had all the time in the world to help me- this after I let him know I might not be buying anything. ? The foot scan was really helpful, and Matt was knowledgeable, patient and genuinely caring. Highly recommend! (I did end up buying shoes!)

We've always had a great experience here, but tonight we showed up 45 minutes before they closed. It was clear that the man helping us was more focused on closing the store than helping us find the right pair of shoes. At 15 minutes before closing he just stopped being willing to bring shoes out to try on. We've bought many pairs of shoes here and we've never had this issue before. Had he stopped dragging his feet and telling us "if we weren't closing soon I could help" we could have found the shoes and been out before closing. Further more he told us 15 minutes before closing to come back another day. We drove across town from Oviedo. 45 minutes would have been plenty of time if has been willing to actually help. This experience was disappointing. Looks like we will be looking for a new running shoe store.
