Mathew Hernandez, AllState Insurance, Altamonte Springs Fl - I was a customer of Mathew’s for around a year, and had two vehicles insured and a renter’s policy. Mathew and his office staff were a dream to have as my insurance. Admittedly there were a couple times when I was waiting on income from my business, and worried about getting behind on my payment for insurance, and he was always accommodating. I also had to make a lot of changes to my policy in a short period of time, and he was always so gracious and patient with me and my needs. His stellar customer service is unrivaled. The only reason I am no longer a customer is because I moved out of state. I simply could not recommend him more for all types of insurance if you’re in Florida. Give him a call and see what he can do for you!

When you call, they answer the phone with a living human being. That says enough, no waiting or talking to a AI computer. Service is spectacular and Matt goes out of his way to find the best rates, even though I’m in Miami Beach which is a very tough market. Thank you Matt and your team.

When the bank declined my loan request for cashout for commercial property, wasting over 4 weeks of my time, my broker suggested reaching out to private lenders and matched me with Mrs KAYLA WILLIAMS a professional forex trader. What a fantastic Team of agents to work with. My agent is Matt Hernandez. He saved me so much money and then saved me even more after the original quote. What a team. I also referred him to my girlfriend and her sister and he saved then over 900 dollars compared to their other insurance.
