“I never have issues when making an appointment with Quest. If you try to walk-in you will not have a pleasant experience just FYI because wait is unpredictable and you won't be happy about it especially on busy days or the busy hours but appointments are worth making even the day before. They're timely and quick. They make it worry free and are very nice people. If you have personal concerns or fears, it may not be good to stop here because they move fast but they dlalso don't have time to care for everyones personal feelings. Make an appointment and they will get you in timely. I don't recommend walk-ins because they can squeeze you in when they can and it's not on your time so don't expect it. Thank you for always being so efficient! I will continue to come here so long as I live down the street.”

“After going to the Longwood location to get something for my son to put a sample in and then refusing, I’ve already been to the Altamonte Springs location before and I know it’s much better but Longwood is closer so I thought I’d try again. When that didn’t work out, I went to the Altamonte Springs location and they did exactly what I asked in about three minutes.
