“Absolutely amazing experience at this urgent care! The wait time was very short, the staff was incredibly friendly, and they checked on us constantly to make sure we were doing okay. We’re from out of state, so we were relieved that they accepted our insurance with no issues. Having an in-house pharmacy for most medications was also such a huge plus and made everything so much easier. Highly, highly recommend this urgent care to anyone needing fast, compassionate care!”

“Just moving down here from out of state and needing immediate testing, ARCpoint was there to help when I needed it most. Very prompt response. I required a special test that required ordering and after extensive research, they had the best prices in town. “Wow wow wow 10/10 experience. I can NOT praise them enough. Miguel in the front and sinthia in the back . ( I hope I spelled her name correctly). I came yesterday at 9 but they informed me the specific lab my Dr ordered had to be done at 8am exactly. So sinethia told me to come back tomorrow at 750 and she would come in early for me, and Miguel said yes don't even worry just come in and check in with me and we will get you back. As a busy mom of 2 littles who doesn't have child care I almost cried. I can't believe how out of their way they went for me. I came this morning at 750 and they treated me like a VIP !! “I just came from getting my blood drawn and I cannot believe how WONDERFUL Talia was. I previously went to a different location but had to switch this time due to scheduling conflicts. I am so glad that I did. This is only my second time getting blood drawn and it was so much better the second time around. Talia joked and chatted and was so kind the entire time. It was a quick in and out visit but it makes it so much easier knowing that the person there loves their job. Who can say they have a go-to person for getting their blood drawn? Me I guess! If I ever have to do this again I will bee-line for this Quest location. All this at 7:30AM too. I wouldn’t be surprised if the person doing my blood was still asleep (because I basically was!) but Talia was ready to be the person someone hopes to find when doing a less desirable task. Thank you thank you thank you!”
