“Absolutely amazing experience at this urgent care! The wait time was very short, the staff was incredibly friendly, and they checked on us constantly to make sure we were doing okay. We’re from out of state, so we were relieved that they accepted our insurance with no issues. Having an in-house pharmacy for most medications was also such a huge plus and made everything so much easier. Highly, highly recommend this urgent care to anyone needing fast, compassionate care!”

“Just moving down here from out of state and needing immediate testing, ARCpoint was there to help when I needed it most. Very prompt response. I required a special test that required ordering and after extensive research, they had the best prices in town. “Wow wow wow 10/10 experience. I can NOT praise them enough. Miguel in the front and sinthia in the back . ( I hope I spelled her name correctly). I came yesterday at 9 but they informed me the specific lab my Dr ordered had to be done at 8am exactly. So sinethia told me to come back tomorrow at 750 and she would come in early for me, and Miguel said yes don't even worry just come in and check in with me and we will get you back. As a busy mom of 2 littles who doesn't have child care I almost cried. I can't believe how out of their way they went for me. I came this morning at 750 and they treated me like a VIP !! I will never go anywhere again. Thank you both and also sinethia did the best blood draw! This is for the spring lakes lab works”

This Washington the only place that made testing possible for my children and I. It didn't hurt like I thought it would. I didn't hurt at all. Be safe everyone!”

“Here in Orlando on vacation. Been wrestling some upper respiratory issues.. coughing, runny nose, etc.. saw this clinic while going to dinner at Giordano's and decided it was time to get checked out. I was seen as soon as I walked in the door. Not soon after I was already speaking with a doctor discussing my issues. He checked me out and recommended a shot and some other meds and I was back to dinner in no time. That's all the pros.. only con is the $100 consultation fee and they don't accept insurance.. the shot was $80 but it was all worth it in my opinion. Now hopefully I can enjoy my vacation!”

“I just came from getting my blood drawn and I cannot believe how WONDERFUL Talia was. I previously went to a different location but had to switch this time due to scheduling conflicts. I am so glad that I did. This is only my second time getting blood drawn and it was so much better the second time around. Talia joked and chatted and was so kind the entire time. It was a quick in and out visit but it makes it so much easier knowing that the person there loves their job. Who can say they have a go-to person for getting their blood drawn? Me I guess! If I ever have to do this again I will bee-line for this Quest location. All this at 7:30AM too. I wouldn’t be surprised if the person doing my blood was still asleep (because I basically was!) but Talia was ready to be the person someone hopes to find when doing a less desirable task. Thank you thank you thank you!”

Labcorb needs to do better and meet the needs of the community by expanding this particular Walgreens facility.”
“1/15 first shot. Fast, efficient, and friendly.1/27 drive neighbors to get their shot. Even better now. More lanes to give shots to more people. Better routing of traffic. They are learning and improving! Now if I could, I need to reschedule my second shot. The system doesn't allow it even though it has the option it doesn't work.”
“My lab assistant was thorough with my blood tests and concerned with my comfort. She warmly shined her heart at every patient that came through the doors and clearly cared about the well-being of each person she meets. I got my blood work done while also getting a powerful pep talk. It was also the fastest Quest walk-up I've ever had in my life. I've wasted way too much of my life waiting in other Quest waiting rooms (Jacksonville Roosevelt Quest, you are the worst!), but this office was super fast without an appt. I will only be going to this quest location from now on.”
