He actually stayed almost an hour after the store closed to help us through a stressful phone situation. He also served with integrity. Afterwards, he told me to come back and he would help me set up any phone that I needed help with. Not only was he supportive during a hard time, but he also was thoughtful and informative. He made us laugh and had a really great strategy to get our phone fixed fast. Two days later, I came back to fix another phone, and Adam was there to assist. Hashiel and Adam Made our cricket experience so enjoyable! Not only were they thoughtful,. There gentlemen were positive and fun to be around. “I was in the area visiting and was having issues with my phone. Tanasia happened to be the only one in the store for a moderate paced day, it was maybe 5 of us in the store. She handled every one very nice and politely, even the 2 rude girls, that were upset because the store didn’t have the phone in stock. They made a big fuss, over something she couldn’t control, I don’t understand people. Anyway once they were gone, she got the rest of us in and out. She deserves a raise!”
