“This team treats customers with a high level of respect and professionalism. They are very knowledgeable and provide excellent phone-repair service. While the quality of service is strong, pricing for repairs on older phone models could be more competitive.”

“Hashiel and Alex were so incredibly helpful! I first started the journey of getting my phone fixed and went to the cricket store where we met Hashiel. He was so patient and kind. He actually stayed almost an hour after the store closed to help us through a stressful phone situation. He also served with integrity. Afterwards, he told me to come back and he would help me set up any phone that I needed help with. Not only was he supportive during a hard time, but he also was thoughtful and informative. He made us laugh and had a really great strategy to get our phone fixed fast. Two days later, I came back to fix another phone, and Adam was there to assist. Hashiel and Adam Made our cricket experience so enjoyable! Not only were they thoughtful,. There gentlemen were positive and fun to be around. It was such an incredible experience which could have been stressful. I will continue to come back to the store for every need I have with our cell phone and data needs! Thank you Hashiel and Adam!! Thank you for the speedy service!”

“I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this AT&T store, all thanks to Michelle! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. I came in requesting a quote, and not only did she thoroughly address every question I had, but she also provided clear explanations and broke down the details in a way that made everything easy to understand. What truly stood out was how Michelle went above and beyond—she didn’t just give me the information I asked for but also offered additional advice and tips that I hadn’t even considered. It’s rare to find someone who cares so much about making sure customers feel informed and valued, and Michelle absolutely nailed it. Her professionalism, patience, and positive attitude turned what could have been an ordinary visit into an exceptional experience. AT&T is lucky to have her on their team! Thank you, Michelle, for the outstanding service—I’ll definitely be coming back because of you!”

“Went there to discuss the possibility of switching service. The rep was very honest and although we did not switch service, I was very pleased with the service provided at the store. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.”

“My girl Brittany has taken over this store and I will not go anywhere other than where she is! I left 4 other metro by T-Mobile stores to find her. She is great multitasker, she provides the best and most truthful service from metro I’ve ever received. I recommend her and this store to anyone. Keep doing your thing. She deserves a raise!”

“I recently had to purchase a new phone. By chance (or divine intervention) I met Gerard at the AT&T Altamonte Springs (Uptown) location. I could not have been in better hands. He is knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and respectful. He extended himself to us and gave us step by step instructions to get the best bang for our buck and to complete all the details necessary to complete our transaction. If you are looking for a store that treats you with respect, be sure to check out the Altamonte Springs location and ask for Gerard. He is the best.”

“So the two people that work here are amazing! I went to almost every other metro pos. I mean by T-Mobile and every other store told me that they won't help me and I had to call customer support. Well these guys here took the time(well over an hour mind you) to work out what was wrong with my service and to fix it. If you are going to switch or something I would suggest thisocatinn and this location only in the greater Orlando area. (Do t get me wrong though I still hate with a passion this phone company) This review is for the employees that work at this location)”

“I was in the area visiting and was having issues with my phone. Tanasia happened to be the only one in the store for a moderate paced day, it was maybe 5 of us in the store. She handled every one very nice and politely, even the 2 rude girls, that were upset because the store didn’t have the phone in stock. They made a big fuss, over something she couldn’t control, I don’t understand people. Anyway once they were gone, she got the rest of us in and out. She deserves a raise!”

“Bradley is the man. Good attitude, well-mannered kid, super helpful. I’ve been dealing with Spectrum’s bs for so long, these guys got me set up with reliable internet, in and out in 15 minutes for cheaper lol. Why did I not do this a year ago? Insanity that anyone is still dealing with Spectrum”

“Had a great experience tonight, thanks to Alvin. He made sure to actually have a conversation with me and not just sell me a phone. We spent time talking about his baby girl and even shared some similarities like flying airplanes. I appreciate going to places and having people like him there!”

“Walked in today to get some info switching from Verizon to Spectrum. Gary waved me over to his station and immediately helped me, along with, who I assume is, a manager. Both were exceptional in hunting down the best solution, but Gary was the main agent. We decided to make the switch this day and Gary made the entire process light and smooth. He was also very patient and understanding of my son, as well as all the other agents working this afternoon. We'd been with Verizon since 2001. No regrets about leaving that provider, thanks to Gary.”
