“Hashiel and Alex were so incredibly helpful! I first started the journey of getting my phone fixed and went to the cricket store where we met Hashiel. He was so patient and kind. He actually stayed almost an hour after the store closed to help us through a stressful phone situation. He also served with integrity. Afterwards, he told me to come back and he would help me set up any phone that I needed help with. Not only was he supportive during a hard time, but he also was thoughtful and informative. He made us laugh and had a really great strategy to get our phone fixed fast. Two days later, I came back to fix another phone, and Adam was there to assist. Hashiel and Adam Made our cricket experience so enjoyable! Not only were they thoughtful,. There gentlemen were positive and fun to be around. It was such an incredible experience which could have been stressful. I will continue to come back to the store for every need I have with our cell phone and data needs! Thank you Hashiel and Adam!! “I recently had to purchase a new phone. By chance (or divine intervention) I met Gerard at the AT&T Altamonte Springs (Uptown) location. I could not have been in better hands. He is knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and respectful. He extended himself to us and gave us step by step instructions to get the best bang for our buck and to complete all the details necessary to complete our transaction. If you are looking for a store that treats you with respect, be sure to check out the Altamonte Springs location and ask for Gerard. He is the best.”

I went to almost every other metro pos. I mean by T-Mobile and every other store told me that they won't help me and I had to call customer support. Well these guys here took the time(well over an hour mind you) to work out what was wrong with my service and to fix it.
If you are going to switch or something I would suggest thisocatinn and this location only in the greater Orlando area. (Do t get me wrong though I still hate with a passion this phone company) This review is for the employees that work at this location)”

“I was in the area visiting and was having issues with my phone. Tanasia happened to be the only one in the store for a moderate paced day, it was maybe 5 of us in the store. She handled every one very nice and politely, even the 2 rude girls, that were upset because the store didn’t have the phone in stock. They made a big fuss, over something she couldn’t control, I don’t understand people. Anyway once they were gone, she got the rest of us in and out. She deserves a raise!”
“Shelly was great she does an amazing job I was stressed about my phone and she took that away she is great at what she does come see her she's the best.. and just to bring up the situation that I just saw this review of this gentleman that was in the store with us she tried to help him but she was very busy with two other customers so she told him to give her a few minutes and then she finally got to help him and he was excited I don't understand why people do this she actually really helped him people are so ungrateful and she was helping three people at once including him”

“I went into the store for a black Friday sale on the iPhone 17. I met with an associate in the store, whose name was Stephen Harvey. Stephens exceptional customer service skills help me every step of the way to be able to get a 17 Pro Max for my grandson for a Christmas gift And he also helped me with getting an iPhone 17 Pro for myself. End results, I got to add five channels to my streaming, and he made sure that my grandson‘s phone was up and running before we left the store. He also lowered the cost of cable bill and phone bill.
