Went in for a wire transfer without an appointment, was met with a smile, waited less than ten minutes and service from Olga was professional, thorough and patiently instructional. Couldn’t hope for anything better, thanks so much.

Pros: The tellers are always kind at this location. I always feel welcomed. A couple of times, I have had to interact with the bank's notary and they have been professional, engaging, and efficient. I love this Bank of America location! Overall score: A+
