“The store has all your pet needs and is extremely organized. Everytime I go in, its really well maintained, and the employees are super friendly. I've never had any issues. I've utilized them for vaccines and they have been professional and took good care of my pets. Never used grooming or adoption services so no comment on that. My only wish is that they had more of a variety on aquatic plants 😊 but thats just my preference. Happy this is my go-to petco!”

“Edit: Staff was very prompt to reach out after reading this review. They apologized and explained that their deliveries are handled by a third party company and they (clearly) weren’t doing their part. They assured they’re looking into it and compensated me for the inconvenience.

UNRELIABLE. I ordered from them because they had great reviews and the price and quality of their products seems to be good. However my order was supposed to get here March 3rd, never arrived. After calling and messaging I got told it would arrive on the 9th… It never showed up and no one informed me it wouldn’t be here so I could plan accordingly. After messaging and calling several times and no one answering or calling me back with an answer I was told it would be here the 12th or 13th. It’s the 12th at 4:45 and no sign of my food being delivered and I get a text message informing me that it won’t be here until the 14th. At this point I’ve had to spend a fortune feeding my animal from grocery store meats so she won’t go hungry obviously. All they offered was $20 off the next delivery fee. What a joke. If you can wait until they decide to finally deliver your food go ahead, but if you need your food by a certain date, specially if you’re on a budget and not trying to spend tons of extra money while you wait for them to finally remember to deliver your food, this place is not for you. If you do, be prepared to have to message and call A LOT to get an answer from anyone if something is wrong with your order.”

“Never thought my Greyhound could be even more chill than he normally is! Teresa and the environment she creates is so relaxing and her patient just laid there and seemed to almost enjoy the procedure. So nice that no anesthesia was involved. Teresa was a wealth of information and dental hygiene tips. Great job and we will return. We went based on others' recommendations and we highly recommend this business.”

“Writing this to educate- but the staff here should know proper betta care. I just overheard a staff member answering questions a woman had about her betta, and they gave so much incorrect information. A bowl is not okay, bettas NEED 5 gallons minimum. Also, you CAN put other things in a tank depending on the bettas temperament. Saying ‘they are called Chinese fighting fish for a reason’ is soooo outdated. A great tank will have bottom feeders, like snails and shrimp if it’s a male betta, and female bettas can live happily with other non fin nipping species like tetras, corys, raspboras, loaches, frogs, shrimp and snails. If someone comes in asking about betta care, direct them to the real live plants, a 5 gallon tank (they are literally less than 20 dollars right now) a light, a gentile filter, a heater, good quality food as bettas cannot digest plant matter, and API Quick Start + a water testing kit. These are the minimum requirements. If you’re buying a betta, I hope this helped.”
