“1st set of Dr & Staff were Great but the second set and pharmacy staff play to many games. The 2nd staff made a comment that the 1st Dr. made a mistake with prescription but 1st Dr knew less than 1/2lb would not make a difference but allowed pharmacy to demand License Dr. Explain Herself. Awful follow up vaccine. I was forced to be there 3 1/2 hours for them to get it right.”

“Emilee did an amazing job on my dog! She was so thorough. The price is reasonable for everything she did with the full groom. And when I initially just went there to make the appointment, Sam listened to my story about how I was dismissed by another grooming place unfairly. Sam made sure to schedule my dog with one of the experienced groomers. My dog is a sweet heart just a little nervous. Turns out all she needed was breaks and the other place wasn’t doing that and they were pushing meds to calm my dog. Petco doesn’t allow medications as they want to keep the dogs safe and don’t have a vet on staff in case of a bad reaction. But my dog did amazing, she looks great and she didn’t need meds.”

“I have been coming to this location for a year now. I have taken my giant schnauzer to several groomers they always cut his hair like the mini schnauzer or it was a bad hair cut and they are different breeds and the hair cut are different. Tiago has been wonderful to have as a groomer for both of my pets. If anyone is looking an excellent groomer ask for Tiago in Apoka, FL location”
