If I could leave a 0 for a rating I would! I have banked with them for 4 plus years ! What once was the best banking experience quickly turned into a nightmare! They like to randomly charge you and take your money but can’t give you an explanation for doing so this has now happened to me 3 times ! I will be changing banks and seeking legal action against them . I would not recommend any PNC Branch they are horrible and don’t even know what they are doing half the time ! Biggest scam ever thinking this was a good bank experience! Their staff is rude and unprofessional and fails to help you with anything!

Just sat here for 20 minutes and watched 4 different people walk by with absolutely nothing to do, and 1 teller helping customers. To the right of her sat a man leaning back on his chair (also a teller) with his hands rested behind his head as if there were not 4 customers waiting to be helped. Terrible customer service.

Staff @ PNC Altamonte Springs are great!! The bank itself needs to update their banking procedures; takes up to 7 business days to replace a debit/credit card.

This is my Mom's bank, but I have to help her since she is elderly. PNC has been good to us. I like that they actually answer the phone, unlike so many other businesses these days.

I can definitely see why the reviews on this branch is so low. The customer service sucks. I walked in. There was a guy helping a customer. I wish I could have saw his name when he finished with the customer he disappeared. There was another woman behind the counter name, Sam, probably short for Samantha, nobody greeted me when I walked in. Nobody asked me if I needed help. Until I stood up and walked to the counter. Samantha still didn’t say anything then she finally says something to the girl sitting at the desk Teresa then she comes back to me and says, are you doing a withdrawal or deposit if I was doing that, I would’ve been at the ATM instead of standing there being ignored this branch definitely need to close. Customer service is never nice when you walk in there I work in banking so I know how it goes. I’ve been in banking over 30 years. This brand is horrible every time I go in there maybe I need to either find another branch or leave Pnc all together it’s ridiculous.

I heavily dislike PNC bank.. I have Wells Fargo, love their services. Usually I can call them and figure out just about any issue. Here, I was transferred so many times for such a simple problem. Had to call them back and forth because sometimes the call hung up on me. The ATMs are so weirdly programmed, it's just not as easy as Wells Fargo's. This place is just really complicated and I'm not sure why. It's literally just a bank. It shouldn't be this difficult to figure out issues or use the ATM. (The atms have so many options that sound the exact same it's kinda confusing and it doesn't sound like a problem but it's just weird.)

First time went into the branch about a mortgage payment glitch. I was greeted as soon as I went inside. Branch manager Georgiana took the ownership and was able to find out where the problem was. I was professional served and had a positive experience.
