Jessica Mella was super helpful and knowledgeable when helping me decide which iPad to buy. I travel a lot for work and she built the value on unlimited data and how it will give me peace of mind. She made sure everything was within my spending budget and did a wonderful job assisting me. Thank you Jessica.

Too many customers, not enough help. Now that Spectrum is trying to be a mobile provider, it makes the process of exchanging equipment way worse. Fifth in line when I got there, fifth in line when I left 20 minutes later. I found out later that there is a way to schedule your appointment later, but even if I had, the line didn't move at all while I was there to swap out busted equipment; usually a five minute transaction. Versus selling a new iPhone and setting up a new mobile service. I get that help is hard to find, but maybe have one person help with cable stuff and one help with mobile stuff?

The only reason they get one star is there's no option for ZERO stars.I visited Spectrum to turn off my cable and home phone service and turn in my DVRs. I was tired of paying nearly $200 a month to watch only like 4 channels most of the time. Yes they have way more, but none I care to watch. It's like being charged for half the menu at a restaurant when you only want one entrée. At that time, they talked me into "upgrading" my internet service from 200 mbps to 500 mbps, for an additional $10 a month over what I'd been paying for internet service. I have never been able to get over 60 mbps with the 200 mbps service, so since my plan was to go streaming, I decided to try it. After a week or two of testing, I found that my speed had gone DOWN, not up. So I also had Quantum Fiber 200 mbps service installed a couple weeks after the upgrade, so I could test them side by side. I saw as high as 300mbps with Quantum, STILL NEVER over about 35mbps with Spectrum. So I went and closed my account, and turned in my equipment. They told me I was 2 days into the new billing period already, so I'd have to pay for an other full month. I told them I would NOT pay that, since I didn't even use the service during the last few days, aside from speed testing, and the the service was worse than ever. I offered to pay for the "two days of unacceptably slow service", and they refused. Now I'm getting calls from bill collectors. I had been a Spectrum customer for over 20 years, and THIS is how they are going to treat me now? That is one way to GUARANTEE that I will NEVER be a Spectrum customer again.

Had the same issue others complained about; wanted to return some old cable boxes and was told over the phone we can do so at a spectrum location. I took it over and the rep said no. How stupid. I drove down the street to UPS (who were very helpful). UPS worked said that the store has ability to take the equipment but are lazy.

Brought in my equipment and attempted to disconnect my services. Was told on the phone by customer service representatives that this can be done at any Spectrum location. The associates inside this location refused to cancel my service or take back my equipment and told me this can only be done at "legacy" locations and I should take my equipment to a UPS store instead. I later found out this was a lie and they refused to help me because it lowers their metrics. So, they caused me to drive somewhere else, wait in line there, and spend over 2 hours on hold instead of helping me. Take your business elsewhere!

I went into the Altamonte Springs store this afternoon. I was greeted by Jessica. Not only was she polite and courteous, but she was very knowledgeable about my problem. I am a local business man, so I am in the people business as well. Spectrum should be very happy to have an employee that takes pride in her work and greets customers with a smile on her face. I would give ten stars (10) for her service if it was possible.

While the 2 people working were kind and knowledgeable, there really needs to be an additional agent solely for quick contact: dropping off, picking up. Waiting 45 minutes for something that took less than 5 is beyond ridiculous. If this is the only internet available by location, this company needs to do better. People need not only efficiency but time management.

I stopped by to drop off equipment 20 minutes after they opened and there were only 3 people in front of me and at least 4 staff in the store. They told me it would be 45 minutes. I asked if they could just take the equipment now, all I am doing it dropping it off and the devices have serial numbers on it. They said oh no and that I could go to UPS. Went to the closest UPS and they told me they send people there all day. Essentially it seems that the people at the Spectrum store slack and don’t want to work. UPS had my items scanned in and gave me a receipt in less than a minute. Amazing that the guy standing around doing nothing but telling people how long the wait is working at Spectrum couldn’t manage to do that.

Will is THE MAN when it comes to phones. Very down to Earth person and will tell you exactly how it is with no wasted time. I've come to this store numerous times and have been beyond satisfied with my experience!

HORRIBLE. The only reason I have services with them is because they have a monopoly. Due to this, they have no motivation to care about you as a client because you cannot take your services elsewhere.I am also paying for a service I do not use. I work from home and have had to call out of my JOB because the internet never works. I’m constantly having to reboot the system daily. There only solution is to keep sending technicians to interrupt me in the middle of my day and nothing gets resolved. I’m not even a bitter person but this is beyond ridiculous.

Was seen eventually, and told that you no longer return the modems to them. Must go to ups. Also, they won't return your money for THEIR error. I started a plan and ended up canceling it the same day. They still charged me and billed me for the account for almost a year. And everytime I called. "They couldn't find it" I had to block it with my bank. And now they are stating that I never tried to cancel the payment with them even though I was calling almost every month since October last year. Your customer service team is trash. There is no reason I should have to re explain my story 20 times. Why aren't there notes that can be passed along with trouble files? If there are why aren't you training them to do so. Also if the request you make to the first person you talk to. Be prepared to say it 5 more times because they will just keep transferring you without telling you. The fact that there is separate customer services doesn't help either. The mobile side will switch you to the internet side if they get confused. I want my 200$ back that I was billed unfairly for.

Literally the worst customer service. You walk in no one greets you or tells you have to sign in on the kiosk. Im picking up a simple wifi box and it takes them a hour and a half just to service me, then having to go home for extra pieces of information which I’m sure they could’ve verified some other way or if they even took two seconds to ask! Overall experience wasn’t good along w the customer service. Instead of an associate assisting me he said he was clocking out then sat on the floor for another 20 mins!!!! When i get back to the store nobody acknowledges that i was just there so i have to wait another 40 mins… BEST PART OF IT ALL THOUGH IT LEGIT TOOK THEM UNDER 30 SECONDS TO LOOK UP MY NAME AND ME MY ROUTER!!!! LITERALLY WASTED TWO HOURS OF MY LIFE! THE STORE MANAGER NEEDS TO DO SOME COACHINGS ASAP

avoid this store like the plague. could not even get a trade in done correctly so im getting 36 month credit value on a free line for 12 months. they even had my phone in hand and could not reverse order, "there is no way to cancel." after speaking with mobile support and a month later with a ticket, they claim still nothing can be done to fix. They cannot even provide their policy in writing if you pay the full balance you will get the credits back in x time. never deal with this garbage again
