About Spectrum Store
The Spectrum Store in Altamonte Springs provides Internet, Mobile, Cable TV, and live TV services. Customers describe the customer service as great, on point, and good at the job, with staff noted as helpful, professional, super nice, and easy to interact with. Specific experiences highlight employees who are knowledgeable, make processes smooth, explain details, and go the extra mile to help, making customers feel comfortable and calmed during difficult situations. However, some feedback indicates pricing can be considered ridiculous, suggesting customers may need to contact retention for a better offer and should be careful of added items. The store is a location to shop for new products, upgrade services, and pick up or return equipment.
