Absolutely horrible service, terrible condescending attitude, not only are the raking in billions lending us back our own money with fractional banking, even the employees make you feel like a bother.. used to work at BB&T my God has this company hit rock bottom… shout out to Teller Lucy Rodriguez for insinuating I might be a criminal.

Since Covid it seems bank only has 2 workers maybe 3 and they work window and drive through not sure what type of strategy that is but it sucks. On a brighter note Lisa and Lucy were excellent. Very friendly and professional. Lisa provided different options that are available to me with my account. Thank you Lisa for dedicated service.

For the past few years, I have been in charge of choosing banks for the stores that I manage, and I will always pick Truist when able. This is one of the best branches of Truist that I have been to. Today, I was running behind and came in just a few minutes before close. By the time I got up to the counter, it was past their closing time. I told them that I understood if they couldn't do my deposits and change order, but they insisted that it was no problem. Lucy was the teller who assisted me. She didn't rush through my transaction or make me feel unwelcome. She asked me how business was doing and made friendly conversation throughout my transaction. She even helped someone in the drive thru after me, even though they drove up after closing. She truly embodies customer service and hospitality.

They are the slowest bank even if it is 1 person in front of you. Really need to think about hiring people because this is ridiculous 20 mins plus ➕️ every visit..

Truist is the worst bank I ever had. They are quick to make mistakes and overcharge your account, but very slow to put money back into your account. The app is horrible! It frequently messes up and difficult to read and follow your actual spending history. Often times a charge does not show up until a while later where u already spent money, which puts you in a position where you are spending money you don’t have… I will definitely be closing my account for sure. Absolutely HORRIBLE banking institution. Everything is bad from customer service to app.

I recently sat down with a representative to inquire about some opportunities they offer for small businesses. The staff was knowledgeable and patient when answering questions and wasted no time in assisting with what I wanted to get done. I can’t speak for others , but I personally have not had a negative experience at this branch during any of the times I’ve stopped in.

If I could rate this bank 0 stars I would, the staff here treats people like garbage they are extremely rude and discriminate me everytime i walk into this place, I get anxiety everytime I have to go in here, they choose and pick who to help, give me issues every time when I have something to say when I am treat unfairly. The ones that are the worst is the Indian branch manager and over all manager and the Cecelia the branch teller who has the first room walking in, she tried to refuse to help me for no reason and honestly I can go on but just know the staff here is terrible the only good ones are the Spanish men and the white older lady who are actually pleasant and work well with smiles on their face everyone else should be FIRED

Had the audacity to charge my 85 year old grandmother 5 dollars a month because she didn’t change her address immediately, and then lied to my face saying the bank was losing money sending out her statement. Please. You’re making hundreds of dollars a month off her money and not paying interest.Teller was nice though.

Do not recommend.Cannot blame all tellers & bankers at this branch. But most of them have very bad attitude towards customer and not friendly atmosphere. Lack basic service attitude and They do not care about customer service or customer money. Since Suntrust merged with BB&T, I had to use this branch and we go there almost 3 times a week. Mostly it takes forever for the service and you treated like begging for their service. Tellers will openly express their anger or frustration through facial expression and tone. Understandable, there is policy difference and merging cause you more customer and more complains but that is also not customers' fault and it is their job

Extremely disappointed in the service of this location. During a system outtage, I made 2 trips to take my business deposits after hearing things were back up at other locations, just to be told it was still down here. Then when I called the phone number associated with this branch on Google, to verify if the system was still down or not, it took me to the voicemail box for Joan Russell saying she won't be back in office until Monday December 27th??? I also called during business hours (3:50pm) as they do not close until 6pm today. Her voicemail box gives another phone number to call, which is no longer in service. Update the information, or don't have it up at all.

Truist deserves a 0 star rating. After 6 months, never received my new cards. This branch deserves even less. Ridiculous wait times while workers just walk around looking busy, but not actually serving any customers. The branch itself is stuffy, and it doesn't seem like they run the air when it's 90+ outside. I've officially moved banks to Chase. Chase sent my new cards in less then a week.
