These reviews highlight a generally positive experience at the Truist branch, despite some recent staffing challenges. Customers appreciate the friendly and professional service provided by staff members like Lisa and Lucy, who go above and beyond to assist with accounts and transactions. Lucy, in particular, is praised for her customer service, friendliness, and willingness to stay past closing to help customers, demonstrating genuine hospitality.
