It doesn't matter how busy the place is, she is always friendly and very efficient. The lady knows her stuff and she is the reason why we keep going back there even though there are other locations that are closer.”

“I returned my U-Haul truck at this location, and while I usually don’t write reviews for simple drop-offs, I felt compelled to share my experience. I had the pleasure of interacting with the office manager, Jeff, who really made an impression on me. I reached out to him several times before and after my drop-off with questions, and each time he answered the phone with a warm and friendly demeanor. This is exactly what is needed during a move, as we all know how stressful it can be. I believe it’s important to highlight such outstanding service, especially nowadays, and Jeff truly stood out. “I hate moving long distance but when I do, Penske is always the best value and the most days. My latest move was from Fl to NY and I rented the car carrier as well. My some did all the driving but we got home safe and sound. The car carrier handled my car without incident and the 16' truck was just the right size for what I was taking. I always have a great experience with Penske and the pricing is decent, especially in that there are no extra mileage charges. I highly recommend them. Also, you do better price wise if you call them and ask for a better price. Don't book online first or if you do, definitely follow up with a call. They are usually willing to provide additional savings if you call.”
“This is my new favorite location. I have switched from an actual UHaul location to this E Colonial Dr Compass Storage for all of my future reservations. The customer service is outstanding, and always ready to assist above and beyond.
The only issue I find with all UHaul trucks from any location is that the floors are usually dirty, even though they appear to have no trash left inside. I wish there was a better way to keep them clean. I will have to clean them every time before I load.”

“I called 4 stores with no 20 foot trucks before this one. I called and Rita answered, now they were also out of truck but she help me locate one the town over and even reserved it for me. She was an amazing help. 5 star customer service. No other stores did that. Thank you Rita!!!”
“. I used this location three times total. this was my longest use of a truck for long distances move to Colorado Springs. I had no issues w the 15’ truck or car hauler. It was a surprisingly comfortable ride. And the trailer was secure the entire way. Very happy the owner suggested the trailer instead of the car dolly.”

“Have used a location that is close to this one before and when attempting to use it this time they were so unhelpful and rude, more concerned with going home than helping us. Went to the Kvvik Mart and the employees I dealt with were so nice, happy and helpful. Gave clear instructions and helped me through the whole process. Parking lot is a little tight but I explained to them I was worried about backing the truck into it's spot due to someone parked there and they said I could leave it at the pumps and they would handle it all for me. They were both so helpful, would use this location rather than the actual U-haul down the road anyday.”
