“It’s great to finally find a place where service matters still. The manager, Chris made the process so simple. We really appreciated it and would recommend compass for anyone’s storage needs! Update: Property added a ton of additional security cameras every time I look up I see another new one. Same staff is onsite from when I moved in. Makes me happy to have a sense of security that my items will be safe! I want to make sure I mention Sheela as I know I only put Chris’s name before but both are wonderful people. Highly recommend! I did inquire about the additional cameras to the staff and asked if they had any issues and that being the reason they added them. The answer I got seemed simple and straight to the point “No sir, no issues we simply do whatever we can to avoid a possible issue before it ever has the chance of turning into a problem.” Thank you both again for everything you do!”

“Shaq and Jason both took care of an unexpected problem that my vehicle had with wiring done by the baldwin store. I needed to rent a trailer and they took time out of the already scheduled day to take my car apart and re-wire the whole hitch system. Thank you to these 2 gentlemen! “Our truck I had many Issues we picked it up from another driver a week earlier. It had multiple check engine lights laundry list of issues they got it figured out put us in a replacement unit until ours was fixed. It's running like a champ now thank you Ryder in Sanford FL!”
“I hate moving long distance but when I do, Penske is always the best value and the most days. My latest move was from Fl to NY and I rented the car carrier as well. My some did all the driving but we got home safe and sound. The car carrier handled my car without incident and the 16' truck was just the right size for what I was taking. I always have a great experience with Penske and the pricing is decent, especially in that there are no extra mileage charges. I highly recommend them. Also, you do better price wise if you call them and ask for a better price. Don't book online first or if you do, definitely follow up with a call. They are usually willing to provide additional savings if you call.”
“This is my new favorite location. I have switched from an actual UHaul location to this E Colonial Dr Compass Storage for all of my future reservations. The customer service is outstanding, and always ready to assist above and beyond.
The only issue I find with all UHaul trucks from any location is that the floors are usually dirty, even though they appear to have no trash left inside. I wish there was a better way to keep them clean. I will have to clean them every time before I load.”

“I returned my U-Haul truck at this location, and while I usually don’t write reviews for simple drop-offs, I felt compelled to share my experience. I had the pleasure of interacting with the office manager, Jeff, who really made an impression on me. I reached out to him several times before and after my drop-off with questions, and each time he answered the phone with a warm and friendly demeanor. This is exactly what is needed during a move, as we all know how stressful it can be. I believe it’s important to highlight such outstanding service, especially nowadays, and Jeff truly stood out. “. I used this location three times total. this was my longest use of a truck for long distances move to Colorado Springs. I had no issues w the 15’ truck or car hauler. It was a surprisingly comfortable ride. And the trailer was secure the entire way. Very happy the owner suggested the trailer instead of the car dolly.”

“Have used a location that is close to this one before and when attempting to use it this time they were so unhelpful and rude, more concerned with going home than helping us. Went to the Kvvik Mart and the employees I dealt with were so nice, happy and helpful. Gave clear instructions and helped me through the whole process. Parking lot is a little tight but I explained to them I was worried about backing the truck into it's spot due to someone parked there and they said I could leave it at the pumps and they would handle it all for me. They were both so helpful, would use this location rather than the actual U-haul down the road anyday.”

“Love this location. My family has used them for many years. They are so friendly and very efficient. The only feedback for improvement is the truck we rented didn't have a ramp. It wasn't a big problem as we didn't have too many heavy items.”
