I hired movers through U-Haul, who power MovingHelp, to move my stuff on January 4th and they stole my security box with credit cards, checks, SSN and other important information. They also stole a Jewerly box with over 25 rings. I have opened a claim with MovingHelp and a police report since even though U-Haul power them and takes the money for the payment from their side, are saying they have nothing to do with it.

I've rented U-Hauls for many years now, before I could rent a van for 3 days and it never cost above $100, you could drive it far away and not really sorry about anything else. Now they nickle and dime you for everything and charge you by the mile! What a joke. Now just 1 day costs well above 100, and to top it off they charged me $30 extra for I don't even know what... I can't recommend them at all.

They charge to much money for rental mileage bad experience no good information to clients the truck I was not clean they have animals hair the gas I was not full

I reserved a truck online for mobile pickup, but when I arrived there were no keys prepared in the boxes. I went inside and had to wait for at least a half hour until I was helped, and then the truck I reserved wasn’t available, so I was given a different truck that had 1/8th of a tank of gas, and was not compensated for the gas, I had to fill it at my own expense. It wasn’t until I was on the road that I realized that the trunk wasn’t locked, and came up while I was on the highway. My experience cost me an extra $90 and set me back an hour from my schedule.

I had not to good of experience with uhual -moving and storage of Altamonte springs. When I went over there this weekend a employee name Jasmin I catch her name because another employee call her was snapping finger and rush another male employee to hurry up get this done and this done . Plus she was on her phone talking and video calling as well. She didn't even paid attention to me.

Just had the worst experience and the manager Roy was completely rude he rented me a truck without a starter in the vehicle , which I’ve never had that problem renting and they showed no remorse for the situation no discount no I’m sorry no nothing won’t come here ever again Roy again was no help

Scheduled and Appointment for a hitch installation at 1:30 and my vehicle did not make it into the bay until well after 2:35. Everyone was nice and respectful but that was a huge inconvenience and why they’re only getting 1 star. They skipped me and pulled another vehicle into the bay at my scheduled appointment time.

If i could give this place a zero I would. From the moment I went into the store, I was not greeted event though three staff were standing behind the counter including the manager and I was the only customer. Then Im spoken to in a condescending manner by staff. Fast forward to having my 2 uboxes delivered to the destination when to my surprise one box was empty. Turns out they sent the wrong box. Thankfully, I had the ID of my boxes and they were able to find the missing box. Im still waiting for the box but outside of that I'm trying to get a refund for my inconveniences. The manager keeps giving me the run around and wont refund me the money. I have talked to everyone possible at Uhaul and they all say the manager is responsible for the refunds but he tells me to go get it from another department. Either he doesn't know what he is doing or he is trying to avoid his own problems without solving them.

If you want your money back don’t go to them!!!! they are liars ! They Tried to steal my money!!!! , I recently called up there to make sure that my remaining balance would be on my card . The workers confirmed that they released my payment and that I had to wait on my bank. I called my bank to confirm the information about my payment and it turned out that U-Haul canceled my ENTIRE refund . If I hadn’t called my bank to double check. U-haul would’ve received the whole payment . SCAMMERS.
