I wanted to leave a review because of the phenomenal customer service I received from Victor at this Verizon.
Before walking in, I was dreading being at a phone store for hours. I knew I needed a new phone and that the process could be potentially very stressful.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Victor and he streamlined the process very well. I'm not tech savvy at all he made everything very simple and easy to understand for me.
I appreciated his professionalism, expert opinion, and personal insights to find a new phone that works best for me.
In past experiences at phone stores, people have been very rude, demanding, or condescending towards me, like they just wanted me to buy more stuff without me knowing what's really going. This had led me to avoid tech stores because I wanted to avoid weird dudes.
However, my experience at this Verizon was the complete opposite, thanks to Victor. He did a breakdown of everything I would be getting and all of the prices beforehand so there are no "surprises" later. In this economy, it's hard to find people with your best interest in mind.
That day, I switched to Verizon from T-Mobile, bought a new phone, and even a tablet for funš I highly recommend seeing Victor at this store for your future Verizon needs.

I came here to picked up a new iPhone 16 pro max with a lot of problem some of the new device boxes are all damaged I had to change the device twice you come here and they make you feel that you donāt know what youāre talking about, there is a black girl that is very helpful I donāt remember her name but she was very helpful. Some of the other people be staring at you crazy, nice store clean organize and great location.

Dereck, save the day for us as customers, and $$$ for his company! After spending an hour on the phone with customer support I really became frustrated to the point I wanted to cancel my family accounts,which include many family and friends who have been with Verizon for over 20 plus years. Shareholders should show more employee appreciation, to employees like Dereck. bts Dereck is one of the reasons they get huge year end dividends.

Hopefully Mike sees this because nobody answers the phone at that store for some odd reason. Iād like to speak to Mike the manager Iād appreciate a phone call back. I know you know who this is. I was there not too long ago if I have to Iām gonna come up there with the police and Get all my itemized everything from the time I started there till the time I left because you guys T-Mobile paid you guys completely off December 4 you guys charge my account $295 one day. The next day was another 295 and there was $300 and I had to call my bank and tell them it was fraudulent because I had already paid you guys off so I need an itemized bill of everything you guys charged me for otherwise I want my money put back in my account because I have the statement that you guys signed through T-MobileDecember 4 which shouldāve been valid and not valid till December 5. You could probably charge me then that they paid you guys off so what is the 900 extra dollars for?

I bought a new Pixel 9, I am unable to connect to my Bose, even bought a new Bose, I have been to this store 3 TIMES, no one can fix this issue, I want a total refund and I will take my business elsewhere... The 'kids' at the store only want to sell you a new phone or accessories, they apparently do not know anything tech!
Do not shop there!!!

I cannot believe it I got scammed by a salesman at this store. I went in as I had a problem with my phone and the guy fixed it but then offered me a free Home Internet. I didn't want it but he promised me there's no cost for the modem and my rate will be for 3 years and that I can cancel within 30 days at no cost just by dropping it back at any store, which will not cost me anything and if I ship it it will cost me money. I decided to return the next day but turned out there are $50! restocking fee and at the store would be extra $200 also turned out he changed my plan and charged me all kind of extra fees. Also there was extra $150 first month fee and he signed me for Netflix and HBO.
Beware!!! I filed a complaint with Verizon. I was lucky I returned at my local Lake Mary store and the guy was super helpful and helped me restore everything.

I had an exceptional experience with Matt at the Verizon store in Altamonte Springs. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me with my concerns. Matt made the process seamless and stress-free, ensuring all my questions were answered and that I left completely satisfied. His professionalism and friendly demeanor truly set him apart.
