Business Manager Michele Welch is HIGHLY UNprofessional.. After setting an appointment with her on Wednesday for Thursday, she told an associate she thought it was earlier and so she left for the day when we arrived and they called her. How UNprofessional!!!! What kind of business manager does that? If she is the manager you can only imagine how the rest of the store must do business. Save yourself time and drama and go to another location!!!

I am a 64yr old women who obviously is not as tech savvy as todays younger adults but, I was so impressed with Nicolas S. who clearly explained features and benefits for upgrading my plan which is what I was looking to do. The guidance I needed was in setting up the new features on my phone & tv. He walked me through the process successfully! Thank you Nicolas for your professionalism, knowledge and genuine caring to be sure my needs were met! I am loving my plan and new features!

Came in here to trade in a watch, was told to come back the next day so I could pair my phone and get the serial number from the phone, we'll I came in during my lunch break just for them to tell me they can't pair it with the demo devices so thank you for wasting my time and lunch break.

Maleek was very helpful and managed to figure out my unique situation. He was definitely the best Verizon employee I've worked with and I've been through quite a few. I walked out of the store with exactly what I was looking for.

I went in yesterday with a broken phone claim, Kevin originally gave me directions on how to do it the quickest and was amazing. I ended up having to come back and had major issues with logging into my google and apple. Enrique sat with me for hours and was so completely pleasant and patient. I ended up just going for the upgrade and Enrique made it so quick and painless. They both need recognition!

I had come into this store today with some previous issues I had with an in-direct location. Megan E was very helpful and empathetic associate as she walked me through the entire process. She was very pleasant but helped me better understand why things went wrong and how they fixed my issue! Thank you Megan! Always go to a corporate store!

Poor parking, I mean, what store with slow customer traffic needs 50% of their parking to be handicap ?. High turn over of employees because I go in here 4-6x a yr and there always seems to be new ppl.Service is hit and miss. Most the time I get good service.They are still the most expensive cell service.

This place is pathetic. Really shows how our society has lost all semblance of customer service. Showed up at noon, not a single customer was I the store and there were 2 employees. They told me they could not help me because we had no appointment. I told the lady that was literally nobody in the store and she just rambled off the standard rehearsed lines about she's just the messenger, etc. So we left. Horrible. Don't these companies realize they are losing business with this horrible customer service?

Please do not go with this company, go with any other company. This company will lie to you about discounts, promise you compensation for false promises, waste your time and run you through the ringer. The sales managers don’t care about anything other than sales. Once they get you into a contract they will throw you to the overseas, English lacking incompetent third party service centers. Where you will inevitably fail through language barriers get frustrated and give up. It is a shame we have let our corporate companies pawn off honest work to the lowest bidder and the lack of effort shows. Jamie at the Altamonte was completely lacking on any Customer service, truly careless. All these store managers will do is give you a phone number right back to the third party foreigners who care about themselves more than you. Worst business I’ve ever had, major phone carriers are just as bad and it’s our fault as the consumer for allowing it.

Came for a new phone and be added to an existing unlimited plan. I had already called sales and chatted online. I had my old carrier’s PIN and Account Number ready, the user management and contact info for the new account. I came in and David told me that they could not speak to me without being an existing administrator on the account. Confused, I got the administrator on the phone. We were told that it would take 5-7 business days to be added to the account. When the administrator of the account logged on, Verizon locked the account. We called and the woman on the phone said she couldn’t authorize anything but she’d leave a note on the account to tell the people at the store what to do. Meanwhile, during all of these calls, David and another “specialist” were talking about sales numbers being down. When I had all of the required information, David and a salesperson had gone back for a meeting. I waited 45 minutes for another person to help me.Eventually I got everything I needed (kinda). They have no one to blame but themselves for low sales numbers.

What a mess. I had all of one question for the sales person (Maximus, according to my receipt), which was whether the phone I was interested in buying had wireless charging. Pretty basic question. He assured me that it did. After getting the phone home and spending time configuring the phone (you know how time consuming that is) I put it on my wireless charger and it did not have wireless charging after all. Then, when I tried the call the local store to discuss, it rang and rang. I called the national Verizon number and they tried to connect me over and over and kept saying that no one was answering at the local store. Then they transferred me to someone who hung up on me. Super frustrating so I gave up, which is what they wanted.

I had three vertical lines on the bottom of my phone. I couldn't figure why they were there. I had restarted my phone and they were still there. I walked into the store I immediately made contact with Enrique. The took my phone and did this magic and the lines were gone. This is my second interaction with him and he's been amazing both times. Why why why can't Verizon get all their people like him. He's phenomenal.
