While the optometrist and her staff were very helpful and professional, I can't say the same for guy with the iPad. It seems several others in the reviews mention him now that I'm looking, and he was the reason I walked out of the store without getting glasses. I asked for a price on both standard and premium progressive lenses, and instead of giving me those prices, he only provided a price on the progressives. I was quoted $210 WITH INSURANCE that covers from 95 up to 115 of those premium lenses. So you're saying that Vision works premium lenses cost upwards of $300? He said the best he could do would be to remove the anti-glare making them $190. I never got the price for standard progressive. Due to these hard and underhanded sales tactics, I took my business else where and for two pairs of glasses, with premium progressive lenses, for half the price of what this person wanted to charge me in Visionworks name. To management, if you value having consistent and repeat customers, I would suggest reworking your sales training. If this is a result of the training and not an individual actor on your behalf, shame on you. The prices are predatory and I can see how anyone who doesn't research what these items SHOULD cost would just assume this is normal. It is not normal to initiate the prices of items to make a dollar on the uneducated. Going forward, I will not do business here again, and I would advise a customer who values their hard earned money to talk your money somewhere who isn't trying to steal it from you dishonestly. This is eye ware, not a used car dealership!

Manager is rude, inconsiderate, in a hurry, and condescending to employees in from of customers. Every thing else was great.

The eye provider and her staff were fantastic. Unfortunately the vision works side left little to be desired. I was greeted when I first came in because she had to open the door for me as I was the first appointment, but when it was time to look for glasses no one even acknowledged my presence. When I did have a question the gentleman sitting looking at a tablet looked as if I was interrupting him. No one ever asked if we needed assistance with anything. And I looked at their selection of glares for a while and in-betweenmy eye dilation. I'll take my business else where. Somewhere they actually want it and their actions show it.

Love this place but the hours on Google are WRONG. I drove over after work yesterday to get my glasses fixed and at 6:10, I'm standing outside wondering why the doors are locked when it says they're open till 6:30 on here. PLEASE BE A RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS AND FIX YOUR HOURS IT'S NOT COVID ANYMORE

I felt very rushed by the dr. Once she finished talking she rushed me out of the room. Even after I told her that I had questions. She didn’t tell me anything about any issues with my eyes including diabetes or anything. I wouldn’t come back here again. They struggled to find my insurance because they spelled my name wrong. I ended up spending over 2 hours in the store because they were struggling with my insurance and moving slow. If you come, make sure you have time.

I went into store not knowing if I could find a frame fitting my face as I have had hard time with frames pinching nose, etc. I tried a frame that looked great but hurt after a few days wearing. I went back to store for adjustment and manager advised of the 100 day satisfaction guarantee. She told me that I can find a pair more comfortable that is better suited for me and they will remake the glasses. This just blew me away as it is unprecedented in the industry . I am now awaiting my new pair and I hope the fit and comfort is better- but I can say Visionworks surely does something many others will not do- Stand behind the frames 100 percent. I am so glad that I went to VisionWorks for this important purchase.

It was my first time ever getting my eyes checked and I was a bit nervous. They made me feel comfortable right away. Everyone was nice and very patient with me no matter how many questions I had. It was a great experience and I recommend more people to go.

Went to see my girl Wallesca to get new glasses and sunglasses; awesome as always. I’ve been a client for more than 12 years and it’s always a pleasure to get my exam and frames.

I went in to get contacts and new glasses since I have not gotten new ones for 5+ years. The assistants/secretaries were not extremely friendly and just seemed annoyed, some of them even had airpods in. The doctor was even worse, she was not friendly and did not seem to care about helping me find my prescription. She first had me read the letters then she gave me some contacts to try. The first pair was very wrong, so she gave me another pair where the left eye was good but the right wasn't. Then she gave me a right eye one that was worse than the first once. Then she gave me a whole new pair that was absolutely the worst of all and just didn't care that I was saying that they were worst than the others. She was terrible at helping me.
Also, they called me 4 times to ask if I had insurance when I already told them I did not.

Like always I had a wonderful experience at vision works. Walesca was very polite and very professional. I saved a lot of money coming here! The atmosphere was humbling and peaceful. Definitely a 10/10 recommendation.
