“A smaller gym that packs a lot of punch!! Well equipped, clean, friendly staff and trainers. There’s a large space upstairs, no machines but plenty of free weights, bands, balls, TRX, etc. It is a great place to use if it gets too crowded downstairs. Locker rooms are adequate, lockers to put belongings (bring your own lock). Very clean. The owners are often there and open to feedback/suggestions. It is my home away from home gym! I look forward to going back each year!”
